First time home-buyer. Working with **** made the inspection process truly easy. He was as responsive as you'd hope for, took the responsibility very seriously, and wanted to make sure we understood the results. Answered all questions on-site and after the report was delivered. Report was detailed while also highlighting the important factors. Would recommend **** 10/10 times, he was a true professional. The perfect mix of customer service and expertise.
