  I HIRED THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT LIENCED FOR RENOVATION BY THE STATE ONLY WINDOW AND STORE. I HAD THEM COME OUT TO DOB A GRARGE MAKE OVER AND OTHER THINGS. THEY BROKE THE CONTRACT WHEN THEY DID NOT GIVE ME A DESIGN. OR ITEMIZE STATEMENT ON WHAT I NEED. THEY CHARGED ME THREE TIMES THE AMOUNT AS OTHERS, AND WAS SUPPOSED TO START ON THE PROJECT MARCH 31ST. IN ADDTION HIS WIFE CAN NOT BE PART OF THE NOTARTY WITH HIM IT MUST BE DIFFERNT FROM A FAMILY MEMBER AND I MUST HAVE ANOTHER WITTNESS. HE SCAMMED ME FOR 1375..00 HE AND HIS FAMILY TOOK OFF ARE IN DOLLOY WORLD AFTER THEY CASH THE CHECKS I HAVE NO RECIPTS FOR ANYTHING NOTHING WAS DONE OR STARTED. HE SAID ITS JUST A JOB AND MY FAMILY MORE IMPORTANT THEN CLIENTS. ACCORDING TO THE INDIANA CONSTRION THIS BUSINESS DID FRAUD BROKE THE CONTRACT. AND THEY HAD 5 DAYS TO GIVE ME A CHECK. BACK FOR THE AMOUNT. IT NEVER SHOULD I HAVE IT ON A TEXT. HE SAID IT WOULD BE DONE BY APRIL 14TH. BUT HE NOT HEAR OR GIVE ME ANY DTEAIL OR SHOWING WHAT WAS DONE. HE WAS SUPPOSED TO MEET ME AT LOWES OR MERNADS FOR THE CABINETS . I WAS TOLD BEFORE THE CONTRACT WAS SIGN AND THE AMOUNT OF EVERYTHING A CONTRACT SHOULD NEVER BEEN WRITTEN THIS IS UNPOROFESSIONAL BUSINESS.

  Hello ****, an itemized contract with pricing was signed by both parties. A down payment was provided for ordering materials. We had to wait for special orders to come in such as tile. This was all explained, hence having a week out before start. You canceled contract after materials and other services were rendered. We are returning your deposit minus those fees.

  **** ******* i have it on my text on my phone  all of them thry lied to the bbb. in fact he said they come out on march 31. the contract is void because i have no desighn. in fact they klied to ******* she can not have a partnership with the business and be a notarty . and i must have a witness. what he also did not tell you said he would have the check mylast friday in full . that him and his wife were going to retuen everything. the contract did not inclue how many cabinets or shelves or recipts.  he said him and his wife were on vacation and would return everything and get me a check to 13575.

  i have every text on my phone that they was sent he said a full amount of ******** would be sent last friday in the mail. he lied to you. then i got a email say when they get back when ever the ******* check would be sent out. they could not been on vacation if they got in ttouch with you. this fraud and scam.  they said match 31. the contract is voided because he trippled he price. and did not give me a design i ask for before getting started or how many cabinets and rescipts.  he can not charge me anything because they have not staarted on the project.   i have every text the contract is void because she can not be a notarty and be with the business.  so i decline what they say they lied to you at every turn i have every text.  according  to what i read if ihave ********************************************************************************************* cabiney color or design. the contract in void. even the notarty of indiana said the contact invod and they lied. to them to you and me. they have until thurday to get the check.

  I HAD THIS COMPANY COME OUT ON 3/4 TO GIVE M AND ESTIMATE AND A DESIGN DRAWING OF A GARAGE STORAGE UNITS AND SHELEVES AND OTHER THINGS. HE WAS NOT WITH HIS WIFE. HE MEASURED THE GARAGE. AND SAID A COPY FOR YOU A DRAWING AND CABINETS AND SHELVES. OI BE OUT TH14TH. WITH IT ALL. THE CONTRACT IS NOT A CONTRACT TO THE CONTRUSTION ASSOCATION OF INDIANA THERE WAS NO HOW MANY CABINETS CLOLOR LENGTH. SIZE AND DEPTH AND SHELVES. HOW MANY EACH PRICE AND THE COLOR OF THE CABINETS. YHERE IS NO DATE START AND FINISHE ON THE COTRACT NO RECIEPTS OR EVEN PROOF OR HOW LONG I HAVE TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT. HE HAD HIS WIFE SIGNED THE NOTARTY WITH OUT ME BEING A WITNESS I WAS SUPPOSED TO GO TO THE BANK TO HAVE MY OWN WITTNESS IT WAS ALL READY THERE ON THE CONTRACT. AFTER CASHING THE CHECK HIM AND HIS WIFE LEFT THE STATE AND THEN HE CANCELED THE CONTRACT ON THE 30 OF MARCH NOT ME, HE NEVER DID ANY WORK I HAVE IT ON MY PHONE EVEYTHING HE SAID. HE SAID ITS JUST A ***. I DO NOT NEEDED. AND I SENT EVETYTHING BACK AND YOU WILL BE A CHECK IN FULL AND IT WILL BE SEND OUT APRIL 4TH. LIED TO ME. THE BANK SAID THE CHECK FRSUD AND BECAUSE NO SIGNUTRE ON THE BACK OG BY CHECK., AND JUST A LINE AND NO DRIVERLIENCE ID. THEY SAID ITS FRAUD. HE WRITE THE CHECK FOR 8 239 ON APRIL 7TH. NOYT THE FULL AMOUNT LIKE HE SAID I WAS TOLD TEXT THAT HE SENT WAS VAILD AND HE OWES ME THE FULL AMOUNT. HE CANNEVER SAID HE WORKING WITH ANOTHER BUDINESS WHEN HE CAME OUT. HE OMLY LIENCED BY THE STATE TO DO WINDOWS AND DOOR AND HIS WIFE IS IN TRUOBLE BECAUSE SHE CAN NOT BE A NOARTY FOR THE SAME BUSINESS. I TRIED TO SETTLE WITH HIM HE REFUSED TO TEXT OR CALL ABOUT GIVING ME THE FULL AMOUNT. HE SAID I REFUSED TO WORK WITH YOU EARLY THAY MEANS HE VOID THE *** AND OWES ME THE FULL AMOUNT.

  no they have not . according to the  indiana constrtion  he still owes you 5thousand seeventy five dollars  he did nor do any work . there is no itiemize statement on the contract.  how many caninets. sheleves how much each would codt size and what they look like. 

  there was no copy of the dreawing i asked.  he never told me a third party was doing it.  he never showed me any of reciecpts what he bought. and can not charge you for gas to come out. it was a very estimate.  he never done any work. i found out everything can be return in 30 days but he left the state went on vacation  and never start work on march31. and now he telling you he can not return things because he did not take time to do it he went on vacation. i paid 5 thiusand for materials. he got three choices. he can try send everything bak. or buy them from me at the same price or give me my items. . then he must give me money for comenstation for not showing up lied about eveything on the contract.  which is another three tousand or he can give me to the entire about 575.00  because i had to hire someone to clean out the garage. cancel doctor appoiments. change my plans. .he never showed me what he bought to prove he bought anything. there for he owes me the rest of my money he has 7 days to write me a check for that amount. and the contract was void becaue no signutre with his name just a line. that illegal and can face charges. the police said i can file a police report for theft and scam.  and they can press charges. he can loose his business or do the right thing give me all my money back
