      Do NOT order from Family Leisure online - IDK if in store is any better but my daughter ordered 3 tanning beds 6/22/2023 PAID IN FULL - (hoping to add business to her new salon)its now 10/18/2023 and we are Still waiting on parts ! Sounds a little fishy to me ! Started out with an ETA of August, now every other week we are given a new delivery date . Yes a refund was offered and boy oh boy dont we wish now we had taken that refund back in August!!!! Mr ****** Sales Rep keeps making us feel like he is doing everything he can to get beds delivered- Well honestly now we are feeling scammed !!!!!

      Im bi lateral hands and elbow disabled. March 2023 I called requesting a replacement hot tub lid - cause mine was getting too heavy even with the lift assist bar. They said 8 week wait and I prepaid $$$ for it. I called again in 8 weeks asking for it they said another two months . Called again they said another 8 weeks . I finally was able to get a refund OCTOBER 2023. Its now fall and I cant lift my tub lid at all cause of the weight because it needs replaced . Family leisure store manager refuses to call me to even discuss the money I prepaid for it or any recourse for the wait time for this item. I explained to the service **** Im disabled and he didnt care and made it known its not going to move any faster on your replacement hot tub lid. I need some help I really do . Its unbearable trying to lift this lid and I cant get any resolution from this place and i bought my tub from them in 2019. Please help me please. This place is not for the disabled seeking relief thats for sure . Beware of this place .

      *******, I'm terribly sorry to read this experience. I can understand your frustration. While I know the waiting seems unacceptable, a special order hot tub cover from 2019 really is an item that is difficult to get in a timely manner because of the manufacturer and not Family Leisure, the retailer. I hate to read that you had paid, waited so long on the process but then cancelled before completing the transaction. As one of the Store Managers as well as ************* Manager, I want every customer to feel that we care, I am sorry that wasn't your experience. Trust me, we do care and will help. It will take a while but we can absolutely get the proper cover and possibly find an imperfect solution while you wait. Feel free to call me directly. *************************** ********************

      Absolutely worst place to get a pool we spent 15k on pool and ***** would help us they would call us back or even help answer questions to start up our pool take your money and could **** less
