    Hi ************** Thanks so much for being so AWESOME. Very appreciative of the timely return after I left a voice message plus ease of appointment setup prior to delivery. Receipt of invoice prior to delivery w/payment options was another plus. Also welcomed the call on day prior to pick up/delivery as well as call on day of telling me their estimated time of arrival. You were both so wonderful about the glitch (re: address for pick up) to ensure that the actual delivery went well. ***** and his assistant were terrific w/the pick up at Property A and delivery to ********************* to do business w/them as they really are truly professional and care about the item in their care w/proper positioning thereafter to ensure overall customer satisfaction. Definitely recommend as hassle free, peace of mind is a plus, and will use them for future need(s). Thanks for your assistance w/this furniture request. BEST EXPERIENCE. *****, IN. (no relation).
