      ************************* with ***************** accepted money to represent me in a legal case, over 6 months ago, as of this date I have yet to met ************** in person , The first scheduled appearance I arrived at court only to find that ************** was not present and had filed for a continuance, this was after I had to leave work to appear in court. *************!s response was that someone from his office was supposed to contact me regarding the rescheduled court date this didnt happen, I made repeated attempts to contact ************** by phone as well as in person, all attempts were unsuccessful, ************** never took time to share my discovery with me in detail and when I was finally able to reach him by phone in September I posed a question to him regarding new information that was listed on the web under My Case. ************* never responded with answer to my question, when ************* finally answered my phone call he only informed me that the prosecutor wanted to offer me probation, again at this point ************** has not spoken with me as My Attorney to consult about the evidence or anything else related to my case. In desperate attempts to find out details related to my case I drove to Mr ****** office Only to find that the office was closed, despite the hours of operation being posted, Serval more attempts to reach ************** by phone and being unsuccessful prompted me to ask for a refund in order to obtain different Counsel, despite sending a certified letter and asking for written acknowledgment via Email ************** still did not respond.it was only after *********** had been retained that ************** actually took my phone call. ************** stated that he would look into a refund of funds and submit the invoice for the refund to be issued it never happened. After 2 weeks of being told by ************** that he had put in for the refund through his accounting department. He later sent an email stating that he was not going to refund any parts of the retainer fee that had be paid to him
