    I gave the said business 3 big bags that contains clothes, shoes etc to be shipped to ******* on the 6th of January 2024. I also sent some foodstuffs from ******* to be delivered to the states on 18th of April 2024. I cannot really estimates the total amount of the items shipped to ******* but I know it worth more than one thousand dollars, I paid total of $210 for shipping fee.The total estimate for the food stuffs was $350.I went to the office several times to ask for my packages but the receptionist could not give a specific reason why I haven't received my packages . I also tried calling the owner of the business but he refused to pick up and respond to text messages after meeting him to discuss with him.

    I shipped some items from ******* through Dtwinz global services in May 2024, the items included 2 party size cooking pots with 2 lids and 2 big spoons. When the items arrived in July 2024, Dtwinz global contacted me to make some payments in order to get my items shipped to my doorstep which I paid. They sent me the tracking numbers for the parcels through **** The weight of the parcel is 50lbs. *** said they couldnt find the parcel, I'm suspecting Dtwinz global never send my parcel, I didn't see the picture of the item before it was ******** said they can't provide me any information about the parcel since I'm not the sender. I called Dtwinz global cargo several times and they refused to call me back or talk to me to have the issue resolved. I didn't know who is telling me the truth between *** and Dtwinz global cargo. The cost of the 2 pots and 2 big spoons were $500. 50 shipping cost from ******* is $175.98, clearing and sending to door step $290
