    **************************** shipped a 42 pound package, worth $2,043.00 dollars to our customer on 9/14/2022. The package contained (100) waterjet cut parts from ****" thick Hot Rolled Bar. This was picked up by our *** driver on 9/14/2022 and signed for by him due to the high dollar amount we declared for the package. On 9/15/2022 we received an Exception email from *** that the package had merchandise missing, empty carton was discarded. *** will notify the sender with details of the damage. We were never contacted by *** I had to start making phone calls to Customer Service an then finally our local *** hubs just to get answers. I was getting told so many different stories from each new person I spoke to. Finally on 9/21/2022 I spoke to a *************************** at *** who said the claim had been denied due to insufficient packaging. He told me he would send me a claim review letter that would ask for me to send him pictures of the box and how it was packaged and he would review it. I did so that very day. I included 11 pictures from the box through the final wrapping of the box. I also sent ****************, in a separate email on 9/21/2022, a copy of the *** driver's signature on the high declared value form. On 10/11/2022 I received a letter from ****************** who handles the claims for ***. This is actually who **************** works for, asking me to complete a claim form and to fax it to him. I completed it that day and faxed it. On 11/1/2022 I then received a Claim ******** Payment Form to be completed via a website. This form was completed and I attached the supporting documentation. Screen shots of the submission being confirmed were obtained. The owner, *********************, wrote a letter that accompanied these documents requesting payment in full for our claim. We have not heard from *** or ******** Company since this submission on 11/1/2022. Thank you for your review of this complaint. The supporting documentation fine is 10mb.     I contacted our Financial advisor to have a checked wired to us from our other account. In doing so we paid to have the check overnighted, Meaning the check was shipped on the 10/10/2022 and to be overnighted to ********** receiving it on 10/11/2022, We paid ***** for this service. So I contact *** because I get a notification that our check for 17k is out for delivery. Well our package went from out for delivery to being processed. I contact *** to find out where our package is, and The lady on the phone proceeds to tell me that our package that we OVERNIGHTED FOR ***** isn't arriving on the 10/11/2022. The reason for this is that the driver NEVER PUT IT ON THE ****** NEVER BOTHERED TO GO BACK AND GET OUR PACKAGE. So we paid ***** for nothing. I call today to find out again where my check is, still not out for shipping, not on the truck. So the lady tells me on the phone that for an additional **** I could gladly schedule to pick up my check from the Plainfield HUB. Mean while this check not arriving on time put my checking account ****** negative and ***** in bank fees, and as of right now we still have no clue when my check will be here, or what time they plan to deliver it. Mean while these 2 transactions will cost me another ***** in fee. I don't think its fair that we should have pay the price for your driver being negligent. I asked what would happen to the driver got no response. So its safe to assume nothing happens to him. I want reimbursed for my 3 bank fees, the fee to ship my package, I would not have obtained them had the driver not FORGOT to put my package on the truck. These phone calls are recorded and you can pull up the phone call from us. The tracking number for our package is *****************0. Everything I stated can be proven,
