    After reading horrifying reviews, we decided to record our encounter with your business on July 14. In this recording you can hear one of your employees *******, the only guy that seemed to care, looking at the picture we took of the unrepaired part, saying this does not look new. Im not sure why it was never replaced. In the recording you can also hear my talking politely never intimidating.He never once brought up fire codes or violations. Hid coworker did. My husband actually recused himself from inspecting their business because of conflict of interest. The entire email ****** (from Turner appliance) sent my husband is a farce and to shift the blame and we have recorded proof of that. No one ever sent a technician out to verify that the part was never replaced which should easily be done through serial numbers. no one other than ******* ever cared to take a look at our evidence about the part never being replaced. There was no intimidation. Just very unsatisfied customers. Your technician, ****, never condemned anything. On his very first visit out, he couldnt get a good look underneath the stove. He didnt bother to unmount it from the floor. He got down and tried to look underneath with his camera phone and told us that the entire bottom of the stove was melted underneath. A few days later my husband decided to take his time and unmount the stove from the floor. He was able to get a better look and determine that nothing was melted. The venting hose was ***********. Upon discovering this, we called Turner appliance back. Thats when **** came out the second time. Since we got it unmounted , he verbally said to me, good now I can get a better look at this thing. He confirmed that we needed a ventilation kit. He called the office to order the parts. At that point he wrote us up an invoice for $620.47. When he came back out on the actual repair inspection, I asked him if that vent **** was replaced and he said yes. Eventually they refunded us
