    You do not want to live here management rude, maintenance not fix anything, and then they will try to say you didn't pay your rent even when you can show proof and try to make you pay more or threaten you with eviction!

    I miss the old management Since they have left a new management has come in. I have not seen no roll call. I have not seen no neighborhood crime watch no block captains. The crime in this area is very high. People breaking into sheds Stealing their Valuables. Breaking into peoples cars and stealing their gas. There is no security here. The lease has been broken several homes with dogs over 20 pounds. Pit bulls are not allowed in here. I've seen them all over the place dogs running loose attacking people. Since they have reinforced everyone not to park on the sidewalks. A lot of the streets emergency responders can not get down the streets. Gunshots always being fired here in the community and nearby. Maintenance speeding through the community.. ************** has become a trailer park. This is not a mobile home community it used to be family oriented it no longer is. People speed up-and-down the street soon as I get that I am taking me and my family out of here.loud music all hours of the night. Men dressed in black with masks and guns walking through the community. People wearing orange vest saying they are taking pictures of their meters but taking pictures of their yards to plot a robbery. I'm done with this place. This place is emphasted with cockroaches. Every time someone moves more cockroaches comes. When I approached the office with it they said they know about it.but the home's around that home gets treated.never mind the home owner's. Since old management left and new management came in, a third party. Meter reader has been hired in my sewer. Was running about a $100 and my water. About $40 all the sudden Im paying almost400 on my sewer and over 100 on my water. All of the good people are moving out of here some has already left. My front door Is not level my home settled. Every time the work order was put in someone took it out. They did that until the day I bought the home.. It's like living in a prison here with a warden.
