  MAR 7, 2024 We hired this company to move our 14x50 7 miles. It took 7 hours, they nearly flipped it and did hundreds of dollars worth of damage to the roofing and siding. They refused to give us a discount claiming there wasn't that much damage. I don't even care about the money I just want everyone to know not to hire them. I have video recordings and photos that show them sideswiping an electric pole and running one side of the trailer into the trees which is where the damage came from.

  The customer helped clear branches on the fence side but there was minor damage and the roof and I believe a piece of siding. When the driver turned out of the driveway, a ditch on the other side had to be elevated in order to get the truck onto the county road.
  

  And damage to the exterior of the home was minable. It took an entire day to move the unity from one location to the next. The next site was difficult also from wet ground conditions.
  

  This was a difficult job and I think the customer saw the difficulty of getting the home moved.

  I pad ******************************* on July 27th 2023 $4250.00 to move my 16x80 trailer . He guaranteed me he would have it moved by August 6th 2023. I have been in contact with him every day and he has one excuse or another. I have asked him for my money back and he won't do that. It is now January **** and he has even more excuses.i told him in December that I was going to start charging him $150.00 a day that it's not here and right now he is up to $3800.00. he doesn't seem to even care

  The manufactured home that was to be moved was located at the bottom of a hill in **********************, The home was a 16x80 home with out any tires or hitch. The agreement amount was discounted in exchange for return of the tires which  has not happened.

  The home was dismantled and the tires where installed.

  The hitch to fit the home was difficult to find. One that lined up with the holes was bolted onto the home.

  The home was located parallel to the road. He made a difficult right turn up the hill and the hitch collapsed on the home and the truck sustained damage.

  Over a course of time and expense another hitch was purchased and welted onto the frame. 

  The truck was removed from the site for repair. It was left at three different towns and repair shops until it was repaired.

  The original driver quit and a new driver moved the home on February 9, 2024.

  The time to remove the home and locate at new site lasted well into the night at a difficult site to place the home. 

  The cost to move the home far exceeded the amount paid for the job.
