  If you're considering this platform, stop right now and read its terms and conditions carefully. They openly state that their system does not have to work, yet you'll still be required to keep paying them. The entire platform is entirely non-functional. Errors appear on nearly every screen, making it impossible to use. Even their own training and support staff admitted they know about these issues but "deal with it." But the real disaster is their core servicecold calling. It's an absolute failure. The call quality is terrible. Worse, their so-called "agents" spend up to 30 minutes talking to other automated phone systems, racking up billable minutes that YOU must pay for on top of their already outrageous fees. This isn't an accident; it's how they make their money.When I called them out on this scam, I fought for over a week to get my money back. Their response? A half refundkeeping $1,625 for "their trouble." What trouble? Providing a completely broken service and refusing responsibility? Their contract is the most predatory I have ever seen. They clearly know their platform doesn't work, so they force you into terms that demand payment regardless of functionality. I was charged $1,625 for two hours of training on a system I couldn't use. To top it off, when the platform made a few calls, it randomly called my leads at bizarre hours in the middle of the night. The imports don't work correctly and require complete contact information, including name, email, and number, and they don't tell you that until after you sign up and pay. I was sold a cold calling solution, and it's unable to cold call by requiring complete contact information. This company is intentionally dishonest. If you're looking for an honest sales solution, do yourself a favor: hire a person, do the work yourself, or find a reputable provider. Just do NOT give these people a dime.They don't care about your business. They only care about one thingtaking your money. Avoid at all costs.

  I signed up for Kennected's service on Nov 1st 2023 , after speaking with ****** *. *********** i was told was designed to automate linkedin messaging in order to generate "prospects which they said would turn into "leads" after 30 days . They have an "onboarding" fee which is supposed to help you set up your campaigns to be the successful. ****** told me once set up I will be assigned to **** which also told me there will be multiple onboarding calls so they can make sure everything would be set up for success. My onboarding call was only with **** , which lasted 40 mins or so, and to my surprise, really didn't offer much on expertise. Infact it seemed like my questions bothered him , *********** is supposed to include a review of your linkedin page to make sure it is "optimized" and that never happened , infact nothing much happened , my team reached out couple times and no response and none of the emails that **** or ******** had phone numbers so we couldnt even call them back , we called the sales number their quick to answer but really didn't give me any real feedback. I paid $5000 for onboarding, and it was really useless with no follow up or help, or real expertise given to make sure my campaign delivers results. I contacted them informing them that whatever their were doing in LinkedIn was hurting me as their contacted my existing vendors which was more embarrassing soliciting my own vendors , my team emailed them and no response . I did a ****** search on kennected reviews and found this is a common occurrence with them. They take your money, and then they do nothing period . Send you a chart on what their will do . Thats about it , nothing but a waste of my time (. As stated in our service level agreement, all fees are non-refundable. We've completed all the services mentioned in the agreement: Strategy Blueprint, Messaging Blueprint, LinkedIn Outreach, Cold Email Outreach setup, and other associated services.) from *****************************. Scammers.
