    I purchased a pallet rack system on 04/28/23 and paid ****** for freight charges. I received a shipping confirmation on 05/05/23 stating that I should receive my rack in 2 to 4 business days. On 05/11 I reached out to *********************** at Material Handling to inquire where my shipment was at, he stated he would get back to me. He responded that my delivery should be here on 5/15. No delivery was made on that date. I contacted **** again and he updated me with the following quote This is scheduled for Monday. 5.22.23 as that is the soonest *************** going to the *********** area. Time Window is 1400-1600. Again no delivery was made on the date provided. At this point I had **** get me the address of the freight provider so I can go myself to get my rack system. I traveled 2 hours each way on 05/24 to pick it up. I reached out to **** about a refund on the freight charges. He informed me that he was working on it and I have heard nothing since then. I would like a partial refund on freight seeing as it was not delivered to my home and I had to go pick it up myself.
