      Maintenance was required on durable medical goods (Motorized Wheelchair) Starting 4-19-2025.A s**** to hold the wheelchair arm in place is missing and requires replacement. There is no independent source for this part, it must be gotten from Rehab Medical.Was forced to go through doctor, insurance, and rehab medical for getting service. Delays on accepting doctors notice took a month. Delays on insurance took a couple more days, but all approvals were in place on 5-11-2025. As of 6-19-2025 the part has still not been shipped despite their systems saying it is authorized. Three attempts were made to have Humana and Rehab Medical talk to each other about who needs to take action, with no resolution to date.I want my mother to be able to use her wheelchair safely. Since she has no legs, it is a daily necessity.

      This *** company built a power chair for me. Its less than a month old. It is not the correct chair they did not give ***** correct cushion. I am now suffering, severe sores on my buttocks from the cushions they have given me. They have also rammed my door and it up when bringing the Chair inside my house they keep ignoring my calls, and they are not giving me what I was promised with this chair I cannot even the chair at this point. Im using my husbands chair. This is not going to be tolerated. I feel like this is fraud and I reported them to the attorney general. I want this chair fixed completely and I want a cushion that I was promised its horrible how disabled people are being treated

      This company was supposed to supply me with a ultra lightweight wheelchair in which they did however I am a double bi-lateral amputee and the wheelchair had a lean to the back which is inappropriate for me and they were suppose to order the correct wheels with the correct forks and I never heard from them.

      We have called several times trying to resolve this and the employee rudely talked over us actually hung up on us. Not acceptable! We have a right to speak to a supervisor and not hung up on. Rehab medical quoted a wheelchair to my 99 year old mother in law. They were paid the amount they asked for $662. They said the rest would be paid by insurance. Now they have sent a bill for $960.34. The insurance stated that they are out of network and never should have quoted that amount to her. Insurance said the full price of the chair was $3260.80. We were never told a total price for the chair from Rehab Medical. They just stated that my mother in laws portion due was the $660. We have no papers, it was all filled out online. None of the amounts calculate according to insurance. It's taking advantage of a 99 year old woman. During the phone call the woman insisted that we were told they were out of network on May 29th. We paid for the chair back in April and it was delivered April 29th, we were not notified that it was out of network until later. We have offered to return the chair and they said no. I'm also reporting this to the ************************ in ******** *******.

He is trying to get a wheelchair that he desperately needs. He states the company is refusing to work with him in any capacity; they have been rude and they hang up on him when he calls them. He also states his insurance company is having problems with them.

      Called company on 5/7 to request a new charger for my power chair. Two weeks and about 12 phone calls later, still no charger and no answer on when I'll get one.

      I have ******** and *************** and I had my doctor send in for a scooter back in October or November of 2024 and they sent a letter from the insurance companies that he was approved and was completely paid. Now Rehab Medical is saying I owe $242.50 and they have picked this scooter back up in March. When it was delivered no one said I had to pay anything for this scooter because it said it was covered and approved. I am not paying them their $242.50. When we tried calling them sooner they would never answer the phone always had to leave a message and would never get a return call. I refuse to pay their bill.

      My ***** ******** said when I called them the other day I didn't have any Copay because I had already met it back in December and while I was on the phone with ***** ******** they tried calling them to tell them they need to fix it they couldn't get them to answer the phone and that is a problem I have always ran into with contacting them when trying to get the scooter picked up

I called the number on complaint and could not leave voicemail, I also called the primary number on file for the customer and left a voicemail. I am awaiting a call back to explain the charges.. Due to this being a rental chair that was approved based on medical necessity all charges are based on the customers insurance benefits. No refunds are due for rentals.       During any of the interaction with rehab Medical they never said it was a rental and my insurance said it wasn't I'm not paying any of that bill because nothing was ever communicated with me about this. And they have ths scooter back and I will NOT pay them a single ***** when my insurance said it was paid for even their $227.50

      At no point in any conversation was I told it was a rental I never got anything from ******** and my insurance and this was suppose to be paid 100%. The chair was never used after the guy dropped it off it just sat in the corner I refuse to pay for this.

The customer signed for the rental per our records. We have followed insurance guidelines based on the customer's explanation of benefits. No refunds are due for rentals.       My insurance company ***** got ahold of his boss and ***** said this bill was paid and all it is he is trying to do is make me paid the difference from what his company and ***** agreed to so he is wanting this extra money for his self since his boss asked if I wanted to do anything about his rudeness. The balance due is for their deductible and co pay for their rental has been explained. The customer is aware that only the insurance provider can reprocess this claim to change this information and that deductibles can't be waived.       The insurance company stated there was no deductible because I have met my deductible for the year when it was processed. Plus ***** stated that rehab Medical agreed to the amount they paid.  This *** said he couldn't get ahold of ***** on the phone number given and they said to me they never received his call. I need to speak with someone over him because his boss said it was paid in full and no balance was due just the $15 for 2 months but they wrote that off because of all the aggravation he has caused. I have Aetna on my side and they are getting upset with his company too

      My moms E-chair has been having problems for the last 6 months. There is an office about 45 minutes from us but the company cant keep help as well. Its sad the corporate office have to take orders on the chairs when an office is near by. Also there are not many techs to these offices R-medical havelike 2 techs per office. The doctor signed the paper work around X mas time why is my moms chair still not fixed. Its almost April. This company needs to be investigated, not only am i complaining here, i will be leaving documentation on FB, Instagram and TT

      My doctor prescribed an electric wheelchair for mobility. Rehab medical reached out to me regarding this. Went through the whole process and was told that I had great insurance and I would not owe anything. Being out of work on disability for the past year I could not afford any expenses. Chair was delivered and the person delivering it stated I owed nothing and there was no copay. I accepted deliver. A month later Im getting a bill for a thousand dollars which I dont have and they are refusing to take it back. Never stated 5 day return policy.

      I received a brand new wheelchair from Rehab Medical7/2023. The chair is cutting off and leaving me stranded since I received it. The batteries, the motor, the joy stick, the joy stick cable have been replace. This has left me stranded multiple times. I have a van with a lift to help me transport the chair for dr ****** trips to the grocery etc. I am waiting for my next appointment to have the batteries replaced for a second time. At this point, I would like to have the chair replaced since it cannot be repaired. I have found that if I get out of the chair, it works. Sitting in the chair it will cut off after about 20 mins, I have to put it on the charger and it will go another 20 mins. After the 20 mins, it will only move a few inches before stopping. If I get out of the chair and have someone walk next to the chair using the joy stick, the chair will work, or if you are sitting in the chair it will go backwards. I have explained this to numerous employees at your offices and the repair men, but they just keep replacing the parts and this is NOT fixing the chair. My repair appts get canceled with not call to me and this has happened too many times to count. I had an appt on 2/17/25 to have the second set of batteries replaced, I called to make sure they were coming and was told yes. Then I got a call back the repair man called in sick with the flu, rescheduled for today 2/18/25 because that was the only time they could get me in for over a month. I called today to make sure they were coming and was told my appointment was rescheduled for Friday 2/21/25, No one called me again, to tell me this after I have been waiting all day for the repair man to show up. I will not be home on Friday and was told I would get a call back to reschedule. It is 5:21, no phone call. I have called and complained, cried, been frustrated and feel at the end of my rope. Please have someone who is willing to take responsibility for your products&service review my calls and repair logs.

      Rehab Medical Customer Relations Manager ***** **** contacted me. We agreed to have the new batteries replaced on 2/19 /25 and allow 2 weeks to see if the chair is still defective and unusable. May I keep this complaint open until I receive a fully working chair? Since this issue has been going on with repeat promises to have the chair repaired since 7/2023, I would like to keep my complaint open until the chair is repaired or replaced. Thank you
