  Accentus health canceled and rescheduled multiple appointments for me days after they were confirmed. I had to change my work schedule for the appointments which isnt easy for me. The staff is not nice. I would not use Accentus Health for any mental health therapies. All Ive had is more stress. I wont be going back. Still waiting on my bills from them so I can pay them and never look back from here.

  The VA sent me to ************** ** therapy to this facility. The ** I was assigned too attempted to place a consultation for TMS treatment after I directly declined.I changed to a different company for ** therapy.I was then CC ** medication management to this facility. During this this time nationwide pharmacies were undergoing problems with computer systems making providers have to manually fax prescriptions. This provider refused to manually fax my rx to the VA pharmacy and the VA does not take verbal orders. However, called it in to a different pharmacy but in the wrong frequency. She never placed orders for my other medications. I called back and the facility informed me that she was let go for reasons such as mine and gave me another provider that I was supposed to meet with virtually in order to prescribe my medications. I scheduled the virtual appt during that phone call and waited and never received a link, email, text, or call for this appt. I called the facility twice leaving VM and when they returned the call they got my VM informing me I was a no-show. I called the number provided and was sent directly to VM X 2.I have yet to receive my medications, which one can cause seizures without and I am over 50 doses short. I had to get emergency care to prevent the potential problems that could have occurred from not taking this medication d/t risk of seizures, hallucinations, and potential death.I am a health care provider, and this facility has displayed nothing close to ok practice much less best practice. The ** community deserves much better.
