    In August of 2008 I had a Metal Roof installed on my house.The metal was purchased from a Metal roofing company in ********** *******. RSSP **** They are no longer in business.They purchased the Painted roll metal from CMG metal a national company with offices in ************,****** ** ,and ****** ,** It comes with a full 30 year warranty against fading,weathering,peeling as stated in several sales brochures.I called the ************ branch and talked to a *********************** and was instructed to send copy's of the sales receipts and warranty information which I emailed to her. She responded and said they had found the order from 2008 and would be in touch, that was on May 5 2023 June 7 2023 I emailed back for an Update and now crickets.....Haven't gotten any response or reply.My roof is badly faded at 15 years of a 30 year warranty.I,m not looking for a new roof although a A+ rated company would consider that.I would settle for a repaint of the existing roof.Thank You

    Thank you for bringing this complaint to our attention.  It should be noted that ************** is contacting Coated Metals Group in lieu of the company he purchased his roof package from.  We've been in contact with him indicating we're in the midst of performing due diligence to ensure the product he is referring to was supplied by Coated Metals Group.  The packet submitted to us and the BBB has additional manufacturers listed - there's a possibility that material was supplied by them as well.  We've done our best to make it clear to him this is a lengthy process that will include him providing a Coated Metals ************* issued finish warranty.  Without that information, we're left to rely on the records supplied by him and the company he contracted the work through, further extending the process.  

    Coated Metals Group responded to **************** initial email, follow up emails, subsequent phone calls, etc.  We are carrying the process forward with continued correspondence planned.  I will personally email ************** the list of additional information needed to move forward with our investigation.
