    There are 3 transactions from Waterfront hotel where I kept getting randomly charged $40 deposit fees erroneously by their staff in September 2021 (which shouldve only been one $40 refundable deposit fee).My family and I stayed there for a couple months from Sept to November 2021. After I checked out, I noticed that the numerous $40 deposit fees had not been refunded.I recently spoke with the Waterfront Hotel manager, *****, and she said that her old system doesnt show the $40 deposit fees anymore and for me to contact my credit card company for further research.I utilized my debit card ending in **** for each of these $40 deposit transactions.After checking with my credit card company, they confirmed that these erroneous $40 deposit fees on the following dates were not returned to me and I am due a refund.9/21/21 @ 3:12:41 AM ($40)9/24/21 @ 10:38:28 AM ($40)9/26/21 @ 11:29:52 AM ($40)Regrettably, several guests and myself experienced various issues with Waterfront charging unwarranted, random amounts as Waterfront also attempted to charge my debit card approximately $1200 (in 1 day) without a viable explanation from the front desk staff. Thankfully, these capricious transactions were declined because my card was locked due to continuous arbitrary Waterfront charges.At your earliest convenience, please assist me with refunding the superfluous $120 hotel deposit fees as well as a 3-night stay solace voucher to remedy this unacceptable matter - for the extreme inconvenience and unsatisfactory service.Kind regards,***********************
