      This moving company indicated they were moving a free baby grand piano, which I found advertised on FB, from ************ to my church in *******. Research found that they are not authorized by ***** to transport goods from state to state, nor are they insured or bonded. Luckily I found out all this prior to paying the requested payment (***** to a person whose name is not associated with the business.). My experience with this company was terrible.

      On the recommendation of ******************************************** (their role is a whole separate issue) we were booked with a different company to move our 864 sq ft house. Not the appliances, just our stuff. Somehow this took 6.5 hours and we still dont have everything. Two guys and a U-Haul showed up and moved our couch, some dressers, 2 bed frames we disassembled, 2 mattresses, a few totes, a freezer and workbench from the basement, 2 large toolboxes on wheels (My husband and I moved these once we got to the new house, not a huge lift) and some other odds and ends. Our TVs are still hanging on the walls at the former house, metal shelving units remain in the basement and we will have to rent a U-Haul to gather whats left. Before they would unload everything at the new home they demanded $1,563.50 (7.5 hours labor for a 2-man crew @ $159 per hour, $159 for travel, $144 in materials (U-Haul blankets and cellophane) and $220 fuel to go less than 10 miles) and a good ****** review, which they screenshot. They wanted payment through ***** or ***** to avoid a credit card surcharge from them. We used our ***** credit card. They did Venmo us $100 back after my husband disputed the hours worked.Once they finished unloading and left, they noticed we gave them 4/5 stars and had the nerve to call via Facetime and try to get us to change it. The **** says its for Wild Safari Moving but the logo on it is for Triple Berry Moving, no idea what thats about. The positives I will say: The two men who did the work were friendly and took care with our belongings.

      1 star cause 0 isn't an option. Showed up with a 16 ft truck when hired a 26 ft truck. My property would not all fit so was told 3 movers would return the following day with the right sized truck to finish job. Movers never showed up so now we are having to rent a uhaul to finish job. Meanwhile will be without beds and the rest of our belongings for a week. Absolute joke of a company.

      If action is taken to make this as right as it can be I will update the review. I hope making it right covers the cost associated with the uhaul and other monies spent trying to accommodate for not having belongings delivered as contracted.

      I hired this moving company with specific dates for my move from ******** to *******. They arrived late. They ruined the woodwork in the house we sold and never repaired it. When they finally arrived in ******* (late by 2 days), my furniture was destroyed, and 4 televisions were missing, ladders along with several 42-gallon totes, I am currently in litigation to get compensation for all of the items broken from a garbage can, water filtration system, waffle maker, lamps, totes, televisions, my grandmother's *****, and ALL furniture including mattresses that were ripped. We were told by the movers that in the 4 days they had my items, they had unloaded everything and just threw it around and kept what they wanted. My furniture literally fell apart and I had to buy a new kitchen table and chairs, bedroom furniture, armoires, ottomans, bookcases, and a desk. The list goes on. Do not hire this company! Litigation has been going on since July 2022 (almost a year now). If they leave a response as they did to **************** below, I will also *** them for defamation. They are careless THIEVES.
