      We contracted with "On Track Move" on 10/10/24 to move us from ********************* TN to ****** NC, somehow the date got mixed up & we were in a bind to be out of our house for the new owners by 11/1/24. We received a quote for $3583.61, with a 30-day free storage, we paid a deposit of $1700. Due to the mix up On Track Move wasn't able to meet our timeline but did make arrangements with "EZPZ Moving Services LLC" to handle our move. When the movers arrived, they asked for $1624.48 before the movers would start loading the one truck they sent. They movers quickly realized that the one 26 ft truck wasn't going to fit all our content, which we sent them a picture of when we set up the move. Instead of getting a larger truck they loaded all they could on the one tuck & unloaded it in storage & returned the next & loaded up the 2nd truck & requested $5,000 before they finish loading it. Once they finish loading it, we received another call saying we need to pay an additional $10,000. Because we were up against a timeline, we wrote the check. We had done most of the boxing of our belongs & gave a lot of things away to ****************** to avoid the need for a 3rd truck. On our way to ** I received another call stating that we needed to pay an additional $5,000 to get our belongings delivered to our new home in **. After I protested & complained he (****) the dispatcher lowered it to $3787.77 holding our furniture hostage until he received the final payment. I have sent several email complaints about the over charge to both "On track ******************************* & the most I have gotten back was we will look into. I also sent pictures regarding damages to some of our furniture & was told to file out a form that they have yet to send to me. In total we ended up paying over $22,000 for our move we were first quoted $3583.61. I would have been okay with paying $10,000 to $12,000, I believe we were grossly over charge & would appreciate some type of reconciliation.

      This company arrived on 1/4/2025 to move the belongings of my 3 bedroom home from ********* to *****. After loading one fourth of the belongings on the truck the office increased the price from $5k to over $7k. I disagreed with the price increase and told them to take only what was on the inventory checklist for the $5k I previously told. **** refused and told the movers not to unload anything off the truck. I moved all my belongings off the truck and almost fell off of it. The truck was in bad condition with an outdated license plate.The next day I got a call from a different **** who said he wanted to rectify this situation. It was a Sunday and no other movers were available. I was closing that Monday & needed to move my belongings. Under duress I agreed in order to move my possessions for the 7k . As of 2/21/2025, they have collected $7,450.54 and refuse to deliver my property back and to be compensated for the inconvenience.       On 1/21/24 **** Movers came to our residence in UT, a 26 foot truck arrived **** had agreed we would have the full truck for just our belongings (I have recorded all phone calls confirming this ************** paid 4 thousand extra with the company United Express who created our original moving agreement for this extra space, they connected us with their dispatcher ********************* with **** for the moving). They filled the whole truck with our inventory (see pictures). What arrived at our destination in ************* on 2/19/24 was 3/4 of a 26-foot truck and the last 6-7 feet of the truck was packed with another customer's belongings (see pictures). They packed our things so tightly that several priceless antiques (that had been tripled wrapped & marked as fragile were completely broken in ************ were missing 2 mountain bikes, office desk, office chair, 2 camp chairs, & a suitcase. We paid the *** business $6504.32 and United Express who coordinated the original contract & hired these movers another ******* for these moving services. We were charged extra from our original quote of inventory items (original estimate ******* then quoted ******* for using more space of a full truck, then the **** movers charged additional costs after packing up our things that were not discussed upfront bringing our total charge to *****. 34). I am disputing the charge for the extra space we were charged. We paid for a full truck, but what was delivered was not a full truck, it arrived 1/3 empty, packed with other people's ******* **** are missing items. The order number with United Express is x6224290 and the order # with **** is M694170. The United Express talked to their dispatcher about the issue but said there was nothing they could do & the dispatcher's response from **** was said that they sent a 28-foot truck and somehow that makes it okay for the truck to be 1/3 empty and 1/3 full of another customers ******* they are not offering compensation.
