      I took my vehicle to Ralphs Muffler on *******************. In. To have it checked out, I ended up having to call them three times because my vehicle had gotten worse than went I took it, I ended up taking my vehicle to them four times , I was told on my first visit that it just needed ball joints, and a gasket then had to take it back and I was told its the tire rods, I paid to have the ball joints and gasket supposedly fixed the first visit, then I paid to supposedly get the tire rods fixed, and still having problems with my vehicle, I took it today, and now I was told that its the caliper, so I asked do he mean brake caliper , and he said yes, but they told me all my vehicle needed was ball joints and a gasket in the first place

      I took my **** Escape over to ***** Muffler over 2 months ago because I was dealing with a cylinder misfire. They told me that all it was was the spark plugs and that it wouldnt take too long to fix. Instead of coming out and telling me the moment that it happened under their care, I sat up there at the shop all day until I finally asked them what the deal was and they told me that they broke off the spark plug and now had to get the shavings out of the cylinder or it would mess up the engine. I was told it would take a few days. A few days turned into a few weeks. And A few weeks turned into over 2 months. They have not maintained contact and refuse to take accountability or to even try to compensate me for the terrible service I have received for my car. They have been unprofessional and unapologetic. My car has been sent to Circle City **** and even they couldnt fix it and it has been sent back and is currently sitting on Ralphs Lot. I spoke to them 2-3 weeks ago and told them that I would be getting in contact with an attorney or The BBB and they told they would give me a call later that week and did not. I have given them time to try to communicate with me. I had to rely on other people to help me get to work as well as paying an expensive car payment and insurance that are going to waste because I am not even able to drive my car. I fear that they have messed up my car for good and to try to avoid the consequences they are ignoring me and trying to exhaust all options before they have to consider compensation. I was told that they spent 10k on a new engine for my car and that they would not be getting paid for a couple weeks because of it. Just a lot of shady things going on. I have also been told by the shop manager that As soon as I figure out whats wrong with it it will be fixed we are still trying to figure that out. It started off as me taking my car i. for one small issue and turned into this.
