June of 2022 had transmission issues with my 2011 ***** suburban took it to them and was told metal in oil and torque converter was bad and neeeee to have a whole transmission repair. In May of this year started showing signs of transmission problems again called and was unable to get in until end of July took it they said it was the same issues as last time but now that its under warranty we are able to just repair the parts. They then call and say the truck is able to be picked up I go and just pulling out of the drive notice its not ready drive it around the block its now jerky in 2nd , 3rd and 4th gear and when hitting breaks and its coming down in gears it jerk the whole truck forward hard. Also when stopped at lights and hit gas to go not going. According to them they are just going to replace torque converter again. I paid for a whole transmission that was supposed to last me ******* miles and got less the ****** before it started going bad again. I have advised them I was the transmission replaced since all of this is going round and round they tell me it is not there choice. I need assistance in this matter. I have filed a ticket with GM customer service center also. Was told someone would contact me in 24 to 48hrs.

I bought a 2020 GMC ****** from this business, they told for to be approved for this vehicle, I have to purchase extended warranty, I agreed, after about a month with the vehicle the engine light came on , I reach out to the dealership about it , they told me bring it in , from then to now I have been dealing with problems with this vehicle, I contacted GMC directly to rectify this they told the the warranty is up and cannot do anything, on the 06/03/2024 the vehicle stop on the road was towed back to the dealership, now they are saying the starter is not good , and I need to pay 1270 to get it fix , because the extended warranty that they sold doesn't cover it . I been going back and forth with this from the time I bought it which is about 1 year 6 month. I'm very frustrated about this , I have to be paying transportation back and forth from mccordvile to ************. And inconvenience and embarrassment this is causing . And they don't care . Tired . Could let me know if and what documents you would need to rectify this situation. Thanks

I took my car to the Service building at Hubler ***** dealership for a tire alignment, however the mechanics working on my car broke a Toe Link Adjuster Bolt in the process - the service rep called me and said it would be $196 to replace and repair the bolt on top of the alignment. Yet, when I went to go pick up my car the bill was for $771. I was wondering if there is anything the BBB can do to help me get my $ back, since I only have liability car insurance coverage.

Unfortunately while performing a four wheel alignment on the customers vehicle his toe link adjuster bolt broke. His vehicle is over 10 years old with over ******* miles on it. We have no way of knowing in advance that a bolt will or will not break. We did every thing we could do to expedite the repair and get him moving again as fast as possible. We cannot offer a billing adjustment at this time.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I asked for a two wheel alignment, since my car is front wheel drive, and the service representative assigned a four wheel alignment to the car. They proceed to break the toe link adjustment bolt in the rear of the car when i did ask for a four wheel alignment.

The mechanics shouldn't have been in the rear portion of the car in the first place - I would like a billing adjustment - I am happy to pay for the bolt piece by itself, but I would like reimbursed for the labor i was charged for the repair.
