    My name is *******, we paid for my daughter Kudzai to have driving lessons , but she scared didn't want to drive , but late last year she decided to try we went on the website was told her permit had expired so put the new one in, was still unable to schedule driving lessons there was no opening , we called the office no one responsed back , have call logs for when we called and no one called back, all wanted was for my daughter to have her lessons that we paid for . So we wrote for a refund now there call back and said they have never heard from us before sent them the call logs said we just lost our money $420 . I have gone to their office before and it's always locked . Help us please get our daughter lessons or refund the money . Thank you

    Dear Better Business Bureau (BBB):

    On March 29, 2024 ****** ****** enrolled at Circle City Driving Academy for a six hour, behind the wheel driving course. Upon enrollment, the student (and her parents) acknowledged and agreed to the terms and conditions of the Circle City Driving Academy contract (see attached). In addition, the student was provided with a welcome text message, which provided specific information and steps regarding how to access the student scheduling system (Circle City Driving Academy is not responsible for scheduling student drive lessons). According to our records, the student had not accessed the online portal for approximately 11 months. On February 13, 2025 and March 24, 2025, Circle City Driving Academy was contacted by the Kawere family requesting log-in information to access our drivers education software system (see attached). On March 30, 2025 at 12:06pm Circle City Driving Academy received an email from a "*******" requesting a refund.
