    This company is absolutely awful! The ******, ** location was supposed to deliver 13K worth of flooring on November 16th to our residence. We ordered this through *********** I have called, **** the terminal manager 7 times with no return call over the span of 5 days. Now the voicemail is full. I've contacted ********** 5 times who also can't get in touch with ****. No one seems to know where the flooring is except based on a tracking number it's been sitting in ****** since November 10th. I contacted US Pack Corporate, they can only "send **** a note" which hasn't worked either. Absolutely horrible company! Never ordering from ********** again solely based on this experience! Tracking number is ********* through US Pack.

    I ordered a bathroom vanity from Wayfair on 4/13. It was delivered to ****** Pack ************ as Wayfair's delivery partner on 4/20. A delivery time was scheduled for 4/24, then rescheduled with a specific time for 4/22. The vanity never arrived. Since then, I have been contacting US Pack to find my vanity over and over. No one answers the generic voicemail. I have also been in touch with Wayfair and Wayfair can't get answers from them either. Many ******* customers are stuck without large purchases as this company is holding them hostage. Some ******* customers have gone to the location to try to get their purchases but no one is there. The vanity was once again scheduled for 5/5, and it never came. No one is contacting me to schedule the delivery, it just appears to be an automated scheduler that shows up in the app with a time, but the product never comes. As mentioned, the products are being held hostage by this company and no one will answer the phone or the door at this business. It appears to be a scam business and my concern is that this company is keeping the product for itself and maybe even selling the product. It is difficult to come up with another solution as to why this company won't deliver the product or respond in any way. If you look up the reviews, you will see that this has been going on for awhile. It is extremely frustrating as the vanity was supposed to be at our home within two weeks (April 27). We are at the end of a bathroom remodel and we can't complete it because we don't have a vanity. Therefore the bathroom can't be used. We need that bathroom put together and this company is essentially stealing the Wayfair/customer product (a $1300 vanity). The order number is **********, and order history/tracking history is uploaded with this complaint.

    USpack was to deliver a bathroom vanity to my home on 5/1/23. They sent a notification stating it would be delivered between **** am. It's 5/3/23 and nothing has been delivered. In addition to this no one from Wayfair or myself can get an operating number for the ************ region. Either their number is disconnected, sent to voicemail, or they state they filed a report and are looking into it. No one can tell me where this item is, or why it hasn't been delivered. We spent over $1,000 on this product, and because it was shipped Wayfair won't refund. So needless to say this product should be delivered. I'm not happy that no one from this company will respond.

    I ordered a patio couch in February which I ordered from Wayfair. Both US Pack and Wayfair sent delivery confirmation emails and texts stating delivery date and time window. After numerous phone calls and emails to Wayfair still no result. I have tried diligently to contact ** Pack, but they do not answer their phones, even ******* says this. I cancelled my order on March 20th, 2023 due to credit card dispute window timeline. I re-ordered the patio set with promises made by ******* that I should not expect further problems. Unfortunately, the same thing has occurred. Wayfair apologies, false promises for ** Pack to deliver my couch. This company is not a legitimate delivery carrier. They are nothing but liars and scammers.

    Purchased a dresser from Wayfair to be delivered by US Pack Logistics on March 11th. Delivery never came on original date, and ******* stated the new date would be March 29th. Wayfair cannot get ahold of the company but can see a shipping update in the notes. Heard from Wayfair that it was rescheduled for March 30th. Never showed up. Contacted Wayfair again and said a new delivery date of April 6th was scheduled. On that date a delivery driver arrived. They stated the package was not on their truck and on a different truck and stated the office would contact me. Never heard from them and all of their phones go straight to voicemail. Still nothing heard from the shipping company. CS453289797
