      By all means, the most horrible experience! Did an online application and when it got to my bank verification, it didnt work. So I communicated with who was the manager for over 3hrs in a collective in 26 messages asking her was their alternative ways of providing this information and she made it seem like it works for everyone so it should work for me. I explained to her that I was willingly to provide anything needed a different way and she went back and forth. After 3hrs, she then tells me there is other ways I can do it. I was so exhausted of the time wasted. For her to have said she was the manager of the *********** location was embarrassing to say the least. Thats bad business and she had no remorse on how she dealt with me needing help. I will never recommend this location to anyone.

      I have gotten cash advance from this company several times. Recently I got a cash advance and was not able to pay it back on the due date. The lady who helped me was very kind and understanding. She set up a payment arrangement to pay back what I owe. I was very surprised I didn't expect that at all. I wish I knew her name because she deserves to be recognized.
