    Invoteq call center has repeatedly violated our peace with unwanted and unsolicited phone calls. We demand they stop calling us. We will be reporting them to Federal and ****** law enforcement authorities.

    This business owner reached out to us Monday to let us know about these calls.  As soon as we received his email, we immediately called him back to find out what was happening.  We then called the marketing service to tell them to remove his number & not call anymore.  As far as we know, he hasn't received any calls after that.  But as soon as we were notified, we called/emailed/texted that service and said to remove him.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response paritally resolved my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    I received yet another call after our conversation. I realize it may take time to clear our number from your call center(s), so it's somewhat understandable to take another unwanted call. However, the calls have stopped, so this should resolve the issue and close the case, pending our monitoring of inbound calls.
