    I have twice run into issues with the new owner of this company after being a faithful customer for 7 years. In past experience, having a customer service agent respond has taken weeks, resulting in my senior dog needing a different food. This complaint is because the food I received is not in the condition it should: it is brown (not red, as raw dog food should), is covered in frostbite and falls out of the container in a single lump. I pay for freshly frozen raw food. - order number ***** from 3/8/25 had a lot date of 2025-order number ***** ordered a month later has a lot date of 2024 and every container is brown, has frostbite and I do not feel safe giving it to my dog. - I've called and left messages- I've emailed through the website, Shop, and both email addresses available to me. -I posted a comment on their ******** page, asking for assistant with pictures to show how bad this shipment was. - They have not answered or responded BUT did take the time to remove my comment, pictures and another customers comments about finding bullets in their pets food from this company. - To me, this is an emergency situation which requires assistance. I have a 16 year old dog who I've faithfully and exclusively fed MPC to for seven years. This isn't a pair of shoes that showed up broken, is unsafe food. - The order arrived frozen and was only in transit for 2 days in 50 (or less) degree weather. So this is not a ***** problem; they shipped old and previously thawed meat which thawed to the point of oxidation and moisture which resulted in the frostbite. -ALL I wanted was a new shipment. They wouldn't even answer me, but removed comments from their *********

    The company reached out, sent the correct product and have an email and phone number I can use in the future if another situation like this occurs. Thank you so much for your help!
