    DO NOT GET YOUR PET CREMATED THROUGH THEM. The owner "***" is the most heartless, unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I went through ****'s animal hospital to put my 16-year-old blind dog to sleep. His back legs gave out on him and unfortunately it was time. All ****** animal hospitals go through Pet Heaven for their cremations. I selected to have ****'s (my dog) ashes returned to me as a private cremation. I was told they should be back within 4 to 6 weeks. This was November 9th, 2023. Over the next 2 months I called ****'s 13 times and kept being told they reached out to Pet Heaven and was not getting a call back I decided to call myself. I call Pet Heaven on January 8th, ****, at 10AM. A man named *** answered and was heartless and asked if I was calling over lost ashes. He kept refereeing to **** as a female even after I asked him several times to call him a boy. He said, " I don't know where she is at, she could have been burned up with the other 400 dogs". He would talk over me any time I would try to talk. He admitted to me he lost his body, and ashes and has zero clue where my baby is. **** was more to me than just a dog. He was my majestic blind old man that was like a child to me. I have no rest for his death, I cry every night in pain over this. I am in shock that someone can be in this line of business and be so heartless. I beg all of you to never go through this company, so you do not have to experience my pain.
