    Order a dog bed from Calming pup $129.95 they sent me a tracking number the first time which I was told no such number. Try to contact them with emails only they do not answer no phone calls. Two days later, they answered my email with a different tracking number which was longer than the first one, which was no such number again. Sent them another email and told them Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and I want to refund immediately. I was told both tracking numbers were No such numbers

    Order number# ***** Total ***** Immediately emailed the company let them know of my dissatisfaction with the item as it didn't meet my expectations poor quality and color was off. They're response was give me $10 off and I or I can send it back they gave me a return label I have an email thread between us. Send the item back they issue a refund to after pay less $30 which their citing is a restocking fee. Absolutely ridiculous I am a completely dissatisfied customer in my email thread nowhere does it say there is a $30 restocking fee.I just want my $30 refunded to me.
