      I think it's the worst possible pet store. it is a shame to walk into a pet store to find dead fish in every other tank and the customer service is absolutely ridiculous while I was in the store one of the employees run into me and my son with a floor cleaning machine while I was trying to purchase a canister filter it was no accident. I was in the process of retrieving the filter from the shelf when she stopped the machine and told me I'm going to clean this aisle now I said no I'm shopping here give me a minute so she starts the machine down the aisle. need less to say I will no longer be shopping there for any thing

      I am very sorry for the customers experience. Please provide me a store location and a date/time if any of that information is available. I could then go to a schedule and view cameras to identify the persons involved.

      ABUSED, SICK, POORLY BRED PUPPYMILL PUPPIES!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. SHUT THEM DOWN!!THEY ARE A DISGUSTING BUSINESS WHO ONLY CARES ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE POOR BABIES IN THEIR CARE. THERE HAVE BEEN DEAD ANIMALS IN CAGES AND THEY DO NOTHING. THOSE POOR BABIES. STOP BUYING PUPPYMILL PUPPIES AND KITTWNS. GO TO THE SHELTERS AND SAVE A LIFE.UNCLE BILLS KILLS!

      We recently visited Uncle Bills in *************. The dogs and cats were all lethargic and/or sedated at the same time. When we touched one of the dogs paws and nose, we did not get a reaction, but saw rolling movement in the eye as it was slightly open and hazy. Also gently tugged at one of the sedated cats tails and got no response. We are genuinely concerned that the animals are being given medications or some other treatment to minimize or eliminate activity. This is a serious issue of potential abuse and lack of safety. We have also reported this to PETA and believe urgent action should be sought.
