      Discrimination against potential employees seeking a job with Lilly on their ******** website vs. their company website. Typically, only entry level outside sales positions are listed on ******** in. For other jobs: management, field based specialty sales division, many others that aren't typically 'entry level' e.g. account executives, B2B roles, managed care representatives, Field Trainers, Thought Leader Representatives, etc. This practice is not only illegal, it's biased, discriminatory, dishonest and unacceptable.

      I would leave a zero if I could. I placed an order for medication through *** Lilly, which was fulfilled by ***********, a mail-order pharmacy. When the package arrived, it did not contain the medication only alcohol swabs and shots.I contacted *** Lily and Gift Health and have since been passed from person to person with no resolution. After numerous calls and delays, I was finally told I could receive a refundbut only if I agreed to never use their services ********** Health claims their records show the medication was placed in the box, but they have refused to provide any proof of this. I have a witness who was present when the package was opened and can confirm that the medication was not inside.This situation has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I am seeking a full resolution and transparency regarding this incident.

      Pharmacy and *********** confirmed that this shipment included vials. Lilly offered a one-time refund to this patient; however, the patient declined the refund.

      It has been extremely difficult and stressful trying to maintain obtaining this medication monthly. Eli Lilly and Company customer service is of no help. This medication is over a grand and although there is a discount card, it is a hassle to get the discount to work. My insurance doesnt cover weight loss medications; however, my insurance covers all types of weight loss programs and suggestions for losing weight. It appears that Eli Lilly and Company do not care about their customers. I would just like to be able to pick up my prescription monthly without all of the hassle. I would like better options with this medication. The medication is already expensive, and my insurance doesnt cover it. Currently the discount program is very disorganized.

      Lilly discriminates with their savings programs against people who are on ********. I called them about getting patient assistance for the price of Mounjaro, ( which my doctor has prescribed for my diabetes) but they only offer it to people with commercial insurance. Obviously they do not care about people who are retired or disabled that have ******** or ********. The representative tried to give me some sort of explanation about it being against government standards to help out those of us that are on a federal insurance program, which is baloney. ******* offers patient assistance, regardless of which type of insurance you have. Its sad that Lily refuses to offer assistance to people who have worked all their lives and are currently retired or in my case disabled. They are proving to be the epitome of big Pharma, who is all about the greed.

      Horrible what this company is doing to people. They only care about money and profits. In the short months zepbound has been out this company made billions. Then they cut off everyone with no supply. So basically I wasted all that money on the first two starter doses which I just started to lose with. ( also paid huge out of pocket cost ) This is extremely stressful on people. I spend hours a day calling pharmacies in the area looking for 7.5 dose. There should be a way online to look up who has this. This company does not care about people. Dont give the excuse of demand. You should have realized the demand before you got all these people to buy into purchasing this drug only to have it taken away.

      The company recently released a new medication for weight loss in December 2023. Now they are unable to keep up with demand. They will not pause new prescriptions or lower doses which causes a disruption in care for those (myself) that have been established on the medication. It is impossible to get the medication now since they announced their Patient Direct program. The program is not well organized. I made over 7 phone calls to check on RX status. There is no proactive communications with the patient. They keep advertising this medication without being able to provide the product. I would like to see an investigation on how the company is fairly distributing their limited supply and how they picking and choosing who gets their limited supplies.

      Haven't been able to get my prescription filled in 2 weeks. Thanks for prioritizing profits from fat people over diabetics who struggle with metformin, you guys are just the best. Sincerely, my high A1C and glucose levels and sore legs and feet.

      I was prescribed ZEBOUND and cannot get it filled, I feel *** Lilly may be holding on releasing the product to increase demand and stock prices.

      My wife was taking medication for weight loss and we were paying out of pocket for it. We had coupons. We were paying $500 a month with the coupon. We took the coupon to have the medicine refilled, and now it is up to $1500 a month.

      They owe me product for faulty medicine device and i have called them over serveral times spending hours in the phone since January 31st and they keep giving me the run around. They say they will call back and they never do they have lied saying they have shipped it and never did. Someone else says they dont ship it and sent a voucher to my pharmacy never did. I have talked to supervisors etc and still othing but the run around. I wouldnt recomend this company to anyone. Now i will seek further help to get what they owe me. If i coyld give a zero i would hecause this company is useless and ought to be ashamed of themselves.
