    On Wednesday October 12, 2022 I bought a package for the *** Laser and Xeomin from Chernoff Cosmetic Surgery in ************, IN. On Monday October 17, 2022 I had my first *** Laser treatment. My chest striped which is something that rarely happens, and it did very little to my face. On Monday November 14, 2022 I had my second treatment but ********* decided to only spot treat my face and not treat my chest since the stripping was still very prevalent and was not going to charge me for that session. We saw nothing done to my face during the next four weeks and she thought I should try a chemical face peel. My third session was Monday December 12, 2022 where we decided to not continue with any more laser treatments since my skin is too sensitive and I did not want to have a peel done since I had, had no before and it did nothing for me. She said she would give it to the manager and they would let me know what I could do with that money. I never heard from them, so I called in January and was told someone would get back with me. Again nothing. On Monday February 6, 2023, my mom had a Botox appointment and I spoke again with the lady at the front desk, to which she charged me for my second session after she was not supposed too, she said ***** would get back with me. That day we waited almost an hour for my mom to be called back to her appointment with the nurse, and this was not the first time we had to wait that along for a scheduled appointment. I called today Tuesday February 21, 2023 and was told that ***** the office manager would get back with me. No one has called me back. I'm moving out of state next month which I stated on Feb 6 and these specials only last a year, they have not given me time in order to book something else or even remotely tried to refund me.
