    We called Friday & spoke with a gentleman & made an appt for Monday. We confirmed the ********************* Were told the appt time was 9am. Sunday, we get a text that say our appt is confirmed for 8a-12p. OK fine. Take off 1/2 of work to wait. By 1p no one had shown up. Called them & no one answers. Leave a message & call again at 2p. After being on hold for several minutes, we were told the appt was canceled & they didn't want to service our area. No one called. So we wasted half the day waiting on someone to never show up. No call, text or email. The guy we spoke with on Friday confirmed our ***************** area. The lady today couldn't tell us why they would do that. Absolutely terrible service & extremely unprofessional. Working in skilled trade myself, we would never do that.

    I asked for ***** again as he handled my plumbing repair so well earlier this year. Again he handled everything with care and timeliness. He is a gentleman and proficient in his work. The office staff is also great at communications.

    The technician was prompt, courteous and did a good job installing the new water heater. He took the time to explain what he did and answered all of the questions in had about the new equipment installed. Great job, I am very pleased.

    We hired *** Franklin (BF) plumbing in March 2024 to install a water softener and Reverse Osmosis (**) system. Both very simple plumbing activities. Water softener was done correctly. The ** system was installed...terribly with zero accountability. BF told us it was installed right, then when water wasn't working right blamed the system. System that we bought said it was clearly installed wrong just through photos. ** said they were right and didn't do anything to help us out for their mess up. Today after 6 months of not disposing of the bad ** system that BF messed up. Got a new system installed by a TRUE P**FESSIONAL PLUMBER. As they were taking out the old unused product, they said whomever installed previously BF did a terrible job. Benjamin Franklin is AWFUL! NEVER USE THEM. No accountability and paid them close to a $1,000 to have them mess up by $400 ** system. S**** this company and their terrible "professional" plumbers.

    **** did an amazing job. He was very professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem found out what it was and explained it to me. He explained everything he was gonna do and the cost before he did it. I am very satisfied with his service
