  When one rehabs a house, one must have a reliable, intelligent and HELPFUL plumber. Grateful Plumber is that entity. Readily available, dependable, principled and not a cheater!

  Review for Grateful Plumber LLC Excellent They guys were awesome!!!! They answered all my questions as they were working. The fact that they could get here and replace my water heater the same day I called at around 9 am was amazing. I was expecting at least a few day lead time, which I did not have and I did not ask for. They offered to do it. They were very very amazing. Thank you so much. I would recommend them to anyone

  Timely response, excellent work, competitively priced. I continue to hire Grateful Plumber as they are honest and do excellent work. They diagnose the problem and clearly explain the cause and recommended solution (with price quote). I have never had to call them back to correct their work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

  I hired Grateful Plumber to stop a leak from the bolts in the bottom of my toilet tank. As his assistant was finishing up the job, flushing several times to be sure the new bolts were not leaking, a loud clang sound came from the tank. It cracked. GP gave me the choice of paying for the the work done OR paying for a new toilet. He would not take responsibility for damages to the tank. He insisted the leak was from a crack in the tank not from the bolts! He was outside when the tank made the loud noise. GP has a bad attitude problem besides. He said he wouldn't charge me for the work done if I bought a new toilet. He was set on getting me a new toilet from the minute he walked in the door. I asked him if he could just replace the tank. He said no. He belligerently stated that he was not going to buy me a new toilet. I never asked him to! Long story short, I wanted to see what he had in mind. He pulled a toilet up on the internet. He said they could install it in an hour after picking it up from downtown. It was a taller version. Regrettably I said okay. I needed a toilet. However, what they installed was a Mansfield Alto elongated tall toilet. It is too big for my bathroom which is a narrow, rectangular shape. My toilet was a smaller, round shape. Why would he think I'd want an elongated toilet? Later, I looked it up online and learned that it is more of a man's toilet. It's uncomfortable and ugly. It didn't look like the picture he showed me. He charged me $698.00. This toilet sells for $176.83 on Build.com. He lied when he said he wouldn't charge me for the work done on my toilet tank. My new toilet was set up on the grass in front of my house. Nothing was put down to protect it. I went outside to get the name of the toilet from one of the boxes on the grass. He said he wouldn't charge me for a supply line & would use mine (it was new I bought it 12/2022, not even 7 months old, I still have the receipt.) Yet he charged me for it on his invoice.
