  The ***** dollar special outlined several pre-service items or who only some were taken care w. Before my service call all un complete need to be completed. With s price of over ***** dollars none thing should be left undone.

  I recently had Pristine Plumbing out for a plumbing issue at my home, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional.From the moment I contacted Pristine, I was impressed by their professionalism and dedication to customer **********************. The person who answered the phone was polite and attentive, and they were able to schedule an appointment for me promptly, taking into consideration my busy schedule.On the day of the appointment, the plumber ******* arrived right on time, which was a refreshing change from my past experiences with other companies. Not only was he punctual, but he was also courteous and respectful of my home. He took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly assess the issue before explaining the proposed solution to me in terms that I could understand.Throughout the repair process, ******* worked efficiently and effectively, using high-quality tools and materials to ensure a job well done. He was meticulous in his work, paying attention to every detail to ensure that the problem was resolved correctly the first time.What truly sets Pristine Plumbing apart, however, is their commitment to customer satisfaction. After completing the repair, ******* took the time to walk me through what he had done and provided me with helpful tips to prevent similar issues in the future. He also made sure to clean up any mess that was made during the repair, leaving my home in better condition than he found it.Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Pristine Plumbing. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction have earned them a customer for life.   I hired Pristine to fix a gas leak on my stove. I was notified ahead of their arrival that I would be charged $69 for the service fee but it would roll into the cost of repairs, if made. I agreed to this. The tech was kind and knowledgeable but did not make us aware that conducting a "gas leak test" would cost $250. The test was using **** dish soap and water to check for bubbles on the gas lines. This technique can be found on ******** He told us that the stove itself is faulty and we should contact the company we bought it from. He did not make any repairs and we were charged $250. I spoke to the manager and he informed me I was charged that amount because the technician has 35 years of experience and took notes. I told him that was unacceptable and he insisted it was a fair price for fixing nothing and performing a test we could have done ourselves. I am very disappointed and frustrated after this ridiculous experience.

  Worst consultation and experience I have ever had as a home owner. I was referred to Pristine by a commercial company and told that they stand behind their customer **********************. They came out and there rep refused to offer me a check valve for my sewage drainage. I explained that my old one had one and I would like on on the new one. He told me I did not need it. Fast forward one year later. My basement floods twice in one month and they send out a rep. ***** rep comes told me he has a camera but doesn't meed to use it. Says "I have seen what I need to see" with in 5 minutes of being there. Says he is aware that back *** are common on my side of town and immediately noticed I had a line right next to the sewage and rain water drainage right next to the city's main lines. That being said I asked the owner why I was refused one and why his reps gave contradicting consultations. I told him I was willing to pay for a check valve but why should I have to pay for excavation and my fence to be torn down again when I should have been walked through this scenario the first time ESPECIALLY after asking SPECIFICALLY for a check valve. He refused. Told me to leave my review. Not happy at all.

  We understand your frustration and appreciate your feedback. Because of our experience with these components, we do not recommend installing them. We have also backed this decision by the utility that provides your wastewater service. Both the utility and Pristine Plumbing agree that a backflow preventer does not work 100% of the time, which is exactly why they are not part of the construction standard and are not installed as a utility. In consideration of your level of concern, we did contact *********************, head of the wastewater and sewer division at said utility, regarding your situation. *** reached out to you in an attempt to come to some sort of resolution for this issue, but unfortunately you have been unable to come to any kind of agreement. Due to the dynamics of this particular situation and inaccurate statements made in your review, we strongly feel this is an unfair representation of the service we provided on March 15, 2022. We do, however, hope you are able to find a solution moving forward.
