      Bartons was here to replace our pool liner. After mis-measuring the first time, the crew was sent back out to remeasure. When it came to install day before Labor Day, the liner was two feet short and couldnt be installed leaving us without a pool Labor Day weekend despite two measurements that were apparently both incorrect. They assured us they would rush our order and keep us updated. We would have it the following week. Middle of the week that following week a different person came out to measure a third time despite us being told our new liner was already in the manufacturing line. That individual told us we would have our new liner by the end of that week. That week came and went, no one called, and we had to call and call to get answers only to be told the liner wouldnt be in until the following Tuesday. Another weekend without our pool. This Tuesday has come and gone. No one called with updates so once again we call even though we requested daily updates. We were told now our liner was arriving Wednesday and would be in this Friday. My husband requested to speak with the owner as we have had no contact with him the whole time and the owner still has not called. We have already paid about **** of a total 7k job. We would like our project finished to enjoy the very few weekends of good weather left to use our pool and a discount on this service due to significant inconvenience, lack of communication, poor service, and inability to use our pool.

      Back in August/September of 2022 Barton Pool Company installed a replacement liner fi an inground pool. A few week later I noticed the liner had creases and parts were missing. I called and email to set an appointment with no response. I started again in mid May and still no response for a service date.
