    Neighbor is getting pool installed from perma pools. Perma pools broke my wooden fence and gate. Reached out to them to fix my fence. **** from perma pools said he would do the fence repairs himself. How do I know if he can do the repairs? Sent estimate from original fence installer. only wanted to pay for fence repair and he wanted to stain fence himself. How can I be certain he would do the job? Would not recommend this company.

    Wrote this customer a check today for over ******* to fix his fence. We offered to fix his fence for him however we wanted with brother-in law to fix his fence we had various estimates of other professional repairs at half the price. Never meet this person however his neighbor who we are building a pool for did not have very kind words to same about this person. It seems like they  had a fence issue with this person years back. Glad  this person is not my neighbor

     We build ******* pools **** is very capable of fixing this persons fence  again be happy this is not your neighbor

    We have had our pool for over 5 years and were promoters of Perma Pool for awhile. They were responsive and appeared to take pride in the quality of work. We have continued to use there services to open and close our pool over the years however that is clearly about to change. Since new management we have seen a large decline in service. This year has been the worst starting with our pool opening and the terrible conditions we experienced with our water. No help from Perma only excuses leaving us to utilize another company for help not to mention the extra expenses to correct the issues. This is on top of pictures of our stained and damaged concrete due to their negligence of spilling chemicals during the closing. No response from office manager despite several emails and phone calls, after saying she would get back to us once she speaks with owner. When I call the office to speak to *** she is always conveniently unavailable and has yet to return any messages. ZERO accountability and ZERO respect for client experience. If you are looking for more than just a pool installation keep looking, this is definitely not the place. They have turned into a one and done business.
