Purchased ***** fury motorcycle in July of 2024. When arrived at home 1-1/2 hours later received a phone call from salesperson stating the the sales contract had the wrong vin# than what was on the bike. I gave them the correct vin# and never heard from the company again. In May of 2025 my motorcycle developed a leak. I took the bike to my local ***** dealership for repair and was quoted a $600 estimate. I asked why it was not under warranty The shop manager said the motorcycle had never been registered with *****************. I checked with *** **** and they said it was but they had actually registered the wrong vin#. The local shop checked both vin #'s and they said mine had not been registered. I called *** **** 4 times I kept getting the same answer that they would get back with me. However they would not call back. The sales manager called me on Saturday the 17 May said he would look into the problem and get back with me. Of course I have not heard from. Basically I paid for a warranty that I cannot use and a stuck with a $600 bill. I want *** **** powersport to pay the bill I owe and instate warranty I never got.

Our official position on this situation is that it was an oversight with administration after the sale.

The customer is correct in stating the *** that was contracted to him originally was incorrect.  The machine he purchased is *** ******, and the contracted was *** 800228. Our Business manager filed a *** correction form with *** in a timely manner when the sale took place.  ****************** assumed that process would correct the warranty activation as well, but that was not the case.  Its clear now that the finance company ***, does not share that resource with the motor company *****  Just recently, our Business manager corrected the warranty registration for *** ************** The machine is showing on ****** database as under warranty now.  We are truly responsible for the mistakes, and have taken action to rectify the details.  I cannot speak on behalf of the facility that *** ******* took his motorcycle to for warranty repairs.  Its uncommon that dealers in the ***** dealer network would not communicate on situation like this to one another dealer.  I am positive that if we would have received notification from the repairing dealer we could have maneuvered earlier.  I will reach out to *** ******* directly and apologize for the complications.

This was probably about 5-6 months ago now I went to *************** to try and purchase a dirt bike. I told the salesman (cedo) *** never rode any bike before and asked him to put me on a good beginner bike. He points me to a used 250cc race bike. And me not knowing anything about the bike I said okay deal. Quickly realizing this bike was too big and powerful for someone thats never rode before a day in their life. I wrecked the bike right when I got on behind their store AFTER I bought the bike because he wouldnt let me test ride it. Well I get the bike home and realize theirs a fluid leaking from the motor. So I sent pictures to (Cedo) the salesman and he never got back with me. So I go to the store and speak with him in person and he begins to tell me the leak could be from when you wrecked it behind our store. I didnt wreck the dirt bike hard enough to even put a scratch on the bike let alone cause a oil leak. Anyway after arguing back and forth with him and a co-worker they both start cussing and screaming telling me to get out and dont come back. And they made sure to take me to the very back so no one else heard. Ive had multiple people that know about bikes tell me it was messed up before I got it and that I got ****** on this deal. I paid about $7,000 for a messed up bike they never let me test drive and now wont help me to fix. I remember him making this comment as ** signing papers you could probably sell the bike for more than what you paid and it just seems fishy like he knew the bike was messed up the whole time. One of the guys I had look at it said its a gasket in the engine thats bad thats making it leak, and you cant mess up a gasket in the motor by crashing it. Usually a gasket goes bad by the motor overheating not by wrecking it.

This was an non-solicited and voluntary purchase that was made on April 15, 2022.  Customer ***************************** purchased a used 2020 Kawasaki KX250 dirt bike, as-is, no warranty.

We acquired it on 12/22/21 from a frequent customer, ***********************, who purchased the bike here new on 9/28/19.  Even as a NEW dirt bike, it does NOT come with any factory warranty.  *********************** is meticulous in care about any motorcycle he has ever purchased from us.  This unit was inspected by *******************, our service technician, and there was nothing wrong with the bike.  It never leaked any fluids while displayed on our showroom floor.

The attached is a ****** review that was made on behalf of the customer, *******, over 2 months ago, and my immediate reply.   He was told to bring the bike in for our inspection, but never did.  After approx. 120 days since purchase, we have no idea what may have been done to the bike by the purchaser.  At this point, all we can do is offer an inspection and repair at his cost.  We believe that the bike may have been dis-mantled by someone other than the dealer to inspect his so-called defects.

I am more than pleased to provide any other input on this.  Please call me at your convenience.
