    I purchased two cans of the Volume 25 hairspray this year from my beauty salon. After using each can both cans literally stopped working about 3/4 of the way through. I have reached out to Kenra Professional several times (the first time on February 28tth). I actually received two emails back from a representative from the company. The first one asking for all the photos of each can including batch numbers and bar codes for which I submitted and then I received literally no correspondence back. Then two weeks later I filed another ticket with them for the same issue then I received another email back from ***** with the company explaining that they have had several problems with their cans and that they would replace them for me. I sent them my information and then literally I received nothing back again from them. I filed another ticket last week and have received no correspondence back whatsover. I just want these defective cans replaced or the money back for both cans. They have admitted their is a problem and I expect them to rectify the issue like they said that they would.
