    On June 30th I was browsing the Woodmizer website, I had gotten an email couple weeks before saying trailers ship out within a week! I went back to see if they were still doing that because I need to move my sawmill out of a building and so I went back and it says on their website ships within a week.So I went and opened a credit card just for the trailer and purchased it and I will be paying $130 a month starting August 2nd the trailer was $2,795 plus tax and another $299 for shipping.Anyways its been almost three weeks and I hadnt heard back from Woodmizer, and they took the money on July 2nd. Im deaf so I had someone call for me. A man answered and my mom explained that I am deaf and that Woodmizer took the money on July 2nd but still hasnt sent me a tracking for my order that should have shipped within a week but its been over two weeks.He said he didnt know what I was talking about and that they NEVER ship out within a week and that maybe at the end of the week or in another two or three weeks and that I would get a email WHEN they send it.I said, well the website says within a week and he is telling me maybe another three weeks? Thats six weeks? For something that says ships within a week?I will be paying the monthly credit card before I even get my trailer?I believe this is false advertising. Especially since Woodmizer doesnt even notify me that its not shipping within a week. After a week or two they should email us if they are having problems, to act shocked that Im asking where it is and then telling me maybe at the end of the week or in another two or three weeks without any explanation or apology is straight up false advertising.Sorry but if you advertise as ships out within a week and you DONT ship it out, you should email your customers and explain why. But I was basically told they NEVER ship out within a week and that I bought it online and he doesnt know why it says that.That was his explanation. I bought it online.

    I ordered a sawmill from WOOD MIZER corp back on Feb 24 2023 I was told by 3 employees at woodmizer that my mill would be ready for pickup in 22 weeks i specifically asked all of them if this was the actually the correct delivery date and was told yes by all three before i placed the order I paid for this purchase in full and woodmizer has been collecting interest on my money since . I contacted the woodmizer corp in june to check on the progress and was told it wasnt in production yet. 22 weeks should have been july 28 i contacted wood mizer again in early august because i hadent heard from them on the pickup of my mill i was told it still wasnt in production and was told they had no idea when it would be. I then Cancelled the order for the mill and requested a refund of my ******** i was told it would be processed on thursday of rhat week its now 2 weeks later and it still has not been processed. This isnt an inocent mistake on there part its a blatent scam to lie to customers about production dates.
