    Deal Machine has deducted my account after I agreed to a trial offer for 7 days. I do not want their service and I would never do business with a company that I cannot talk with. I want my refund today.

    I signed up for DealMachines free 7 day trial period. On the day the trial period ended I canceled my account online. After that date I never used the program for anything but I was still charged for services. Their system should show that I haven't used the software after the free trial period ended. I had a conversation with the chat support team which they could see that I hadn't used the system since my cancelation but I was told since the account has already charged me so I couldn't be refunded. My account shouldn't have been charged nor have I used the program; therefore, I should be entitled to a refund. Once I noticed that my card had been charged (which was about a week later) I immediately contacted the support team. I had a conversation with one of the chat representatives who left me on the chat. There was no, "let me chat with my manager," or anything.

    Plan was cancelled during the trial period. I called them or communicated with a rep through chat within the trial time and told them I didn't want to continue the plan. I was told that if I signed up for that plan it was a special price for a year and I was obligated to continue paying, so I cancelled during the trial period to prevent that. Just noticed I was still billed for *** and June on my Citicard statement. I was able to login to the account and cancelled again. I told them I would contact the BBB through a message I left. Clearly I was not using the website or logged in before due to the impression it was closed already, I contacted my CC company and left a message with Deal Machine that I would contact the BBB.

    I recently subscribed to DealMachine, but my experience has been extremely frustrating. I noticed that some features did not work as advertised, such as the route-mapping. This made it unusable. Not only did DealMachine make it incredibly hard for me to cancel my subscription, but their customer service is practically non-existent. As a consumer, I find their business practices to be a big red flag.First and foremost, cancelling my subscription with DealMachine has been a nightmare. They have hidden and convoluted cancellation procedures, making it unnecessarily complicated for me to stop my subscription. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to their customer service for assistance, I was met with silence. It's unacceptable for a company to make it so difficult for customers to cancel a subscription.Furthermore, DealMachine's refusal to honor a refund is disappointing. As a dissatisfied customer, I sought a refund for the lack of service and support, but was met with resistance from DealMachine. This refusal to provide a refund demonstrates their lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and fairness.What's more concerning is that DealMachine hides behind predatory terms. Their unclear cancellation policies and lack of responsiveness to customer inquiries are red flags that should not be overlooked. As a consumer, I expect transparency and accessibility from businesses, and DealMachine has failed to meet these basic expectations.I strongly urge others to be cautious when considering DealMachine. Their predatory terms and poor customer service are concerning indicators of their business practices.

    I paid deal machine to do some mailers for me and then decided to stop using the service. This company does not have a customer service number. You have to email and do chats. They do not make it easy to communicate. I stopped all services on 10/29/2022 and they charged me three more months of subscription fees. When I tried to find out why they were charging me I had to wait for 2 hours to get any responses from a real person and not a bot. They refused to give any refund even though there was no service provided. This company seems to be dishonest and preys on people and tries to discourage help by not providing a phone number, using bots to talk with you, and causing huge delays. They need to stop tricking people to make their money.
