5 starsBefore ******** was hired by our *** everything had ran downhill. Since they Blue Skyhas put our Community on notice and things have really improved.. it will take time for the job to be completed but the *** has been so mismanaged over the years, everything went through the cracks. The biggest misconception was people bought a house here and they had never owned one or been in a ***. They didnt observe the covenants etc and did what they wanted to.Review fromTim T

We regret using Blue Sky as the management company for our neighborhood. We would have preferred remaining self-managed.

I understand ********************** frustration, but he had no interaction with Blue Sky Community Management, LLC before recent events directed by the board of directors to send him a violation letter. The board is adamant that the violation be corrected to comply with the community's Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. A meeting is set up with ****************** and the board to arrive at a solution.When a letter is sent out to an owner for a violation, it is at the direction of the board and it is a notification there is an issue and a solution needs to be found. Also, the community was not self-managed before we were hired to manage them. The Developer was managing the association. ********************** violation would have been addressed by them directly too.
