      I contacted them about trash in my neighborhood and houses without working garage doors that use a tarp instead of a door. No response. The *** members do nothing either. They tell me to join the board because they don't want to do anything. I should not have to pay the *** fee. They do nothing. This is a scam.

      We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the recent complaint filed against our organization. We take all feedback and concerns seriously and are committed to maintaining transparency, accountability, and a high standard of service.
      In this particular case, the complainant has made claims alleging financial mismanagement and poor service. We would like to clarify that our Board of Directors has thoroughly reviewed these allegations, both in this most recent instance and on previous occasions when similar claims were made.
      To date, no evidence has been presented by the complainant to substantiate these accusations. After careful and diligent internal review, including a full review by the Board, we have found no indication of financial mismanagement or misconduct. Our financial operations continue to be overseen by established protocols and regularly audited in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards.
      While we remain open to constructive feedback and legitimate concerns, we must also ensure that time and resources are used responsibly and in the best interest of our mission and community.

      We contracted with KMC for about 2 years and service was average at best. We selected another firm and KMC has slow-played providing requested routine information to our new Management Firm. It has the feeling of getting out of a timeshare. It is pretty obvious their goal is to sabotage our transition.
      At this writing it has been 20 business days since we gave formal termination notice and we have not received anything other than an email stating we might receive something in 2 weeks.

      Thank you for your comments regarding the policy for transitioning to a new management company. Per legal documents, there is a thirty (30) day turn-over period after the formal termination of management is received. According to our records, information was being provided to you new management company within 25 business days. Transitioning can be an emotional time and we at KMC take pride in guiding everyone through this process. We are sorry you felt we were not completing our process within a timely manner.

      Kirkpatrick **************************** at North Pointe Bay has allowed the *************** ********* laps January 31, ****. Without a new policy in place. A letter (dated 2-1-****) of notification was mailed approx 2-10-2022 stating they "hope" to have a new policy in place by March 14, ****. I need to sell my Townhouse and can not because NO mortgage company will take the loan.Kirkpatrick was notified NOVEMBER 2023. These decisions have left me in peril.

      The Kirkpatrick Management Company issued a warning letter to our family for leaving our trash can by the curb for less than 2-days while we were away for a vacation. When asked, they indicated the photo they took and the warning letter followed "routine" inspections and were "fully within the authority of the Board and management company." We also requested follow-up information about how long trash cans are permitted to be at the curb for pick up and rather than citing the rule, they simply referred us back to the covenants. Residents who pay nearly $1000/year for HOA support deserve slightly more professional treatment. Our family has had zero issues for 12-years in this neighborhood until this management company assumed responsibility. We have now had 2, both unsatisfactorily resolved. And all this does is detract from an otherwise healthy and happy residential experience.

      At Kirkpatrick Management we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and strive to improve the overall health, wealth and condition of our HOAs. We are sorry you have had two unsatisfactory experiences with our company, but I can assure you this is an anomaly. As a Management company we only take action, such as sending courtesy letters for Covenant Violations, if we are directed to do so by your ***** of ********** In the Timberstone HOA, your governing documents state: No rubbish, trash or garbage containers shall be stored or maintained outdoors except for such temporary storage necessary for immediate pickup of the trash and, in the event, trash shall be stored in appropriate containers. We encourage all residents to get involved with their HOAs by volunteering to be on the ***** of ********* or other Committees.
