      Paid in full for back brace $1214.14 on 6/18/24.Communicated with IUH Plans on 8/28 regarding how Central Brace needs to bill my insurance in order for my insurance to pay them so I can get back the money I paid as the brace is a covered service. I have no idea how long it took them to bill. I called my insurance company a couple of times to see if they had submitted the claim and they had not. Contacted them again via email and it still hadn't been done. I emailed and talked to *** Hobbs every time. She was good at giving the run around and rude at times. I was told on 9/18 that I would receive my refund in 4-6 weeks. I contact her again on 10/29 to get an update and was told she would check on it tomorrow. I inquired again and given another excuse that the person who takes care of this has been at numerous offices. I asked for that person or a supervisor to call me today and they have not called. My insurance paid them on 9/9, and they have been holding my money ever since! do not. The person that takes care of this has been at many different offices this week. We will get to it though. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!!I have emails to prove all of the conversations. I can't attach them as the file is too big.
