    On sat.sept.4th 2021 i attended the us nationals at lucas oil indianapolis raceway park.the race was rained out,the attendant at the ticket booth stated to go to the nhra website for a refund because i had to work the next day and could not attend.The website states the ticket holder must retain the ticket for use towards ticket purchase for next years event.I went to the race on Sept.4th 2022 and was told the ticket could not be used towards a ticket this year and to check the website again.I sent a email to indianapolis raceway- gbaker on sept.6th 2022 and have heard nothing back.

    I received a letter regarding a complaint about our business and have addressed the customer complaint via email. *********************** was taken care of and given his desired settlement as stated in the letter we received. Please follow up with him to make sure hes satisfied with the desired outcome and let us know if there is anything else we can do to make sure this complaint does not continue to negatively impact our BBB rating.
