    I tried reaching out to this place for a couple weeks before I even booked my kids party. No response. So I went ahead and booked a party since there was only 1 time slot left for the day of their party. I still had questions that needed answered so I continued to reach out. Still no response. They eventually sent the waiver and the waiver was much more detailed than the actual information when booking on the website. So I said my children are old enough but dont weigh enough so I want a refund after I emailed about the refund thats when I FINALLY get a response. whatever lady called me, very rude, Said I couldnt get a refund, had an attitude, told me to come in and weigh them which wouldve been pointless because I had already done it at home. Im not even upset about the $200 deposit. Im upset that I was about to have my two autistic childrens party there, with people who clearly lack compassion. Had I took my twins there to weigh them. It wouldve been a whole other situation for me because they wouldve wanted to stay. I wasnt even offered a credit or anything which is fine because Ill never take my kids around people like that. But whoever works there and is around children seriously needs an attitude adjustment. I wasnt rude or disrespectful. So the attitude was completely unwarranted. Also after speaking to my family about the situation. I definitely need my money back. I canceled my party a week in advance so thats plenty of time. Im just way too nice and not a confrontational person so I let it go but its actually ********. so I basically just gave you guys a free $200 for your employee(s) to disrespect me and not even have a party. Money that couldve went towards my kids birthday.
