    I paid A&A Pronto services $2200 on 10/9/23 to remove my existing kitchen floor, Level floor, install new flooring, new Baseboards, Trim, and shelf. Job was completed on 10/9/23. Floor was not leveled at all (uneven). I called them back, concerned about the flooring eventually coming up? They said floor would be fine. They are professionals! 5/5/2024 floor is starting to come up in several places. I called them back, again they said to get more of the Same flooring and they would come out level and replace half the floor. I tried to go get more of the flooring, but unfortunately, it was Discontinued... So now A&A Pronto services. wont do nothing To make it right. They actually told me theres no work for them in *******, so now theyre in ****. So the issue was never resolved. I found this business on the.BBB with a A+ rating on 8/20/23

    A&A pronto services have worked with me , to resolve my flooring issue!

    I am pleased that they came back out, and fixed the issue.  
    They have made it right!

    Were happy with the results!
