  ***** came out gave me an estimate. I paid half up front cost for windows. He cashed my check and kept giving me excuses about windows not being available yet. Covid people sick. Finally quit answering me and blocked me when asking for my money back . Worst experience ever. Hes a thief

  We ordered our windows first week of October 2023. 5 windows and 3 sliding glass doors. We wrote a deposit check for $11,400 and were told 6-8 weeks and our job would be done, with the exception of one window which could take up to 12 weeks. Here I am 2/11/24 with nothing done and the company wont return any of my or my contractors communications! We were told my doors were in and ready. Scheduled to be installed 3 times and each time they cancelled with various excuses from Covid to weather (it was a 50 degree, dry day and my neighbors got their windows installed that same day by a reputable company). The third day they were scheduled, they simply didnt show up and now they wont respond! Theyre literally just trying to keep my money! The excuse we got is the owner is having heart problems and needs to focus on his health. Well, his wife is the ** of the company and could have easily communicated with me and refunded my money! DO NOT contract this company! They will steal your money without another word!

  I ordered windows for ************** in August. Eleven (11) windows total and paid a deposit of $3000.00. I was promised my windows were ordered the day he (*****) received his check as deposit and that it would be 4-6 weeks and maybe sooner. As of today, the only communication I have received is that I have initiated via ******** messenger and by email. I was told in October, he would contact the factory and get back with me. He never got back with me. The second contact was a lady that said he was out with COVID and that they had alot of orders. I have been very patient as this delay has also cost me a loss of income in this rental property. At this point just return my deposit plus interest. Business has no integrity.**************

  I ordered two side windows for my front bay window. I asked them to complete a form for my HOA to make sure the windows met the standards and they told me it would be sent, 5-6 times and still nothing telling me its my responsibility. No form by tomorrow, no windows. Total lack of integrity.

  We always appreciate reviews good or bad.It allows us the opportunity to better our business. 
  

  In regards to this review. This client asked us to fill out her *** which in all of our years weve never done. Weve assisted clients but never filled them out for them. Especially for two small picture windows that are replacing two small picture windows of the same size. 
  

  Its unfortunate that this client left us a negative **** on here. Weve been holding her windows since September 13th, 2023. 
  

  We also never took a deposit on these windows. I feel that a negative review because a client doesnt want to fill out their own *** paperwork is disappointing and really has nothing to do with our business. 
  

  However, knowing that this review was probably coming. I drove into the office last night at 9:15pm and completed the *** paperwork for this client and emailed it to her. 
  

  Again, we will always do our best for our clients. But sometimes its never enough.

  And get a negative **** because she didnt want to fill out *** paperwork and pushed that responsibility onto us. 
  

  Again, we appreciate the feedback. Out of the hundreds of clients we serve every month we do an excellent job taking care of our clients.

  I placed an earlier review and forgot to give them the five star rating, but I was very happy with the installation. My windows look great. The price was great. I would use them in the future for my own stuff. I would also recommend them to my friends. Great job

  All Amercan Windows I hired them 4/11/23 and still to this day 8/17 I am still waiting. The crew came out 5/16/23 and started the work. When they finished my job 5/17 I had one window sash broken and one window that does not fit properly. I was assured the wrong fitting window was ordered On 6/27/23 I messaged ***** to see where we were and he was out of town but called and 2nd week in July would be in. His famous words are "I dropped the ball". On 7/24 the crew came to install front porch windows and replace the broken sash but he did not have a window to fix window. I called ***** and as soon as he got back he would look for that window and i told him i wanted that front window wrapped as i am tired of people asking me why my window looked like this for over 2 months and to this day i have not heard where my window is. On 8/6 I messaged him about my missing window on the window they should have not touched and i got the response i sent this to ****. . I will be getting the 4 month and still waiting window for free and the three front porch windows wrapping for free only because he again "dropped the ball" because i sent a message asking why i was being charged for 5 wraps when i ordered three windows and he never responded. I to this day do not know when i will be getting the window or the repair as there is no communication but I even left a response on the ** page of the business. They get the 1/2 down the day you sign and the other 1/2 when the job is done so they have received my money since May with a wrong window but I have not finished paying and will not finish paying until I am 100% satisfied for the balance of my front porch windows. I would not recommend All American Windows. Very disappointed and very unprofessional and concerned for their existing customers. They are out to make dollars and seem to forget how they got those dollars. I will say both crews did an excellent job and respectful of your property.

  The work on my house began in early summer and was never completed. After leaving numerous times to go work on other homes where customers were getting irate, I was patient with them. Eventually ***** sent another worker to finish the job in which only part of the job was finished. I never heard from ***** again. The windows look nice, but the screens are flimsy. Bugs get in because the screens are indented in which the bugs use to hide so if the screen is moved from top to bottom bugs can get into the house. They removed the gutters to place the siding but made makeshift holders to reattach the gutters to the house drilling new holes for them. ***** was angry because I yelled at the worker who came and pounded on my door to make sure he had the right address. I was told they would come and go and I need not be present. I was on a very important emergency conference call. They were late in arriving and I could not just drop everything to go to the door right then. They broke a garage door window and blamed it in me. They broke a fence post and said that ants had caused the damage that caused the breakage. They did NO cleanup and I have nails everywhere. Many are aluminum and can't be picked up with a magnet. We have picked up hundreds of them and continue to find them. They stored other people's windows in my yard killing bushes in the process and paid no attention to my plants near the house. I am 70 yrs old, handicapped and caring for my 2 handicapped son's. I am thoroughly disgusted with ***** and will have to try and finish the work myself.

  Its really unfortunate that this review was left. Its completely inaccurate and also months after the job was completed and the client paid in full. As for nails in her yard. The nails were roofing nails from the roof that she had put on. I instructed my guys to pick up any roofing nails to help her out. We also returned to swap a door swing at no additional charge. As for damages, why are they just now being mentioned and why was the invoice paid in full if there were issues. I wish this client only the best. I understand that she has a lot on her plate and this is why we the job we were contracted was done carefully as we do with all of our jobs. We always go above and beyond to make sure our clients are completely satisfied. This job was no exception. Again, this job was completed at the end of August and its now Mid November. If this was truly a concern why was a review left months after completion?Again, we wish this client the best.

  Such lies! It is all lies!! I waited because I was hoping that you would come and finish *****. The last guy here said you would come as soon as you could. Would you like me to send pictures of the mess you left me in? I can do that! The invoice was paid in full because you credited me the last $1000 because of all the problems and the mess promising to come and correct the rest of the problems and finish the trim work. You fired the crew that was here because they were not doing their job and I had to wait over a month for the guy in *************** to finish his job there to come here and finish this one. He came but he did not finish and told me you would be out to finish it yourself. I have the emails and I can take pictures of the unfinished work and damages. Someone suggested that I file a lawsuit. Because I have to much on plate I did let it go for a while, unable to deal with any more problems. I have little tolerance for liars so I may look into the lawsuit.
