    I purchased two freezers from them on March 4th. Due to their customer service attitude, I cancelled the two orders, order # ****** and # ******. They said they would refund me in 3-5 days. But I have not received the refund so far. I contacted their customer service and they gave me another company's phone number to contact for a refund, they took my money and asked me to contact another company to get the money?

    On 12-10-2022, I ordered and paid for a 2 door upright scratch & dent freezer from their website, It cost $1920.80 + tax which made it a total of $2055.26. I received a call on 12-12-2022 from *********************/Product Consultant to confirm my order. I explained to **** that this freezer was to replace 2 old freezers in my home hoping to reduce our electric bill. It Was Delivered on 12-13-2022 and had it running on 12-17-2022. After 3 months, ice began to form down the back and the bottom of the freezer. I found that the defrost drain tube was frozen solid and was completely encased in ice. In April, I unplugged it and thawed it out, I went to their place of business to talk to a tec-person. There was no tec-person as they were in the process of moving. The people that I did talk to gave me 2 phone numbers to their warranty company called Legacy. I went home and decided to give it another chance. About 3 months later, it happened again. This time I called Legacy. I Talked to 2 different people and got nowhere. Legacy said to call Central, so I did and got nowhere with them either. He basically said they are not going to do anything about it and that I need to move on. They both said that because the freezer is in my home, it's not covered by a warranty. Their website however says different. The products are listed outlet of scratch and dent items. It says, in every instance, the product is tested to be fully-functional and is backed by a one-year warranty from central. It says this for all their outlet items. I have made copies of 4 separate outlet items from their website and they all say the same thing. I am at the point now where they can come and get it and refund my money, so I can go buy one from someplace where they actually honor there warranties. I have all the paper work for the sale and the delivery of the freezer.I hope you can help me. I don't know what else to do. Thank you for your time, *******************************

    I bought a Kratos Refrigeration 69K-770 48"W Commercial, Sandwich/Salad Prep Table, 12 Pan Capacity, NSF7 in ****************************** problems I called here and no more warrenty for parts and service but I have a 5yr compresor warrenty, they told me I had to look for my own technician, but that isnt no problem the problem is that I called all around near me and not one single company wants to take a look at it when I tell them the brand!!! they rather not work in it and because its a cheap online brand that are basically disposable and are recycled products!!! So I am basically screwed and as well as losing money and will have to purchase a new one NEW ONE!!! We finally had a technician take a look at it BUT WILL NOT WORK IN IT!! He said that valve in the circle of the picture is only if it already had gotten service and we defenetly never had had it serviced at all, he told us its a recycled product and resold to us and now we have no use for it and no one will be willing to work on it!!! I WOULD WANT MY MONEY BACK TO PURCHASE A NEW ONE!!Serial# ******** Model#*********
