    As of April 19th 2022 I moved in I didn't fully move into May 7th I believe because my partner was incarcerated in the middle of May I had a slip and fall they told me they'll have their attorneys reach out to me because the office had the maintenance man and their selves in my house talking about it and I have witnesses stating when the man said it was broken. No one reached out to me. Prior to me moving in they knew that at the time I was on maternity leave no pay in bed rest for my whole pregnancy. Told me that I did not have to pay because they knew **** rent was helping me for my basically my whole lease. Then to turn around and tell me that I had to pay until they got a check from Indy rent. Since I've been here at the office people have changed three times and no one went over with me or discussed anything that I came in and told them that I was working on with the prior people. On top of that my whole house has called HPS a virus that rodents have this place is infected that there are holes in my room walls you can hear them in the walls and the ceiling I have a big hole in my living room that they stayed in when I moved in it was nothing and they could fix. My doors to the room in the bathroom they are not on the hinges like they're supposed to my bathroom is completely off one of the maintenance man said that they don't actually go to that to the door to the frame. I've had two people walking in my house with a key from the office key saying that they're taking a look to try to move in but I'm already here. The way they have me in the system is not the way they have me in the apartments. I have not had a mailbox since I stayed here the key that I had goes to 106a I've been telling them that's not my key they didn't do nothing about that until June by July they told me that I needed to go to the post office to get a key made. My neighbor been her less than 2 months and said he sick of this place already he has caught and killed 11 so far.

The Property Manager has confirmed that she connected with you on 12/22/22 to discuss your pending work order issues and to capture any additional issues that our management team may not have been made aware of. Our maintenance staff has since visited your unit to address outstanding concerns. The Property Manager also confirmed she had the opportunity to explain the requirements for exiting the lease agreement. We appreciate the opportunity given to allow us to resolve your issues.
