      Im a 70 yr old disabled vet with diabetes, ****************** and during my drive to ********** on 6.3.25, *** Emergency Roadside Assistance left me stranded in ******* desert for over 2 hrs. I had to be transported 22 miles to local hospital by ambulance for heat exposure and *******************. The state police officer who helped me said *** ERA never showed up by time ******** truck driver left scene. This was 3 hrs and 14 minutes after I initially called *** ERA. I think *** should pay all my medical bills due to their incompetence and failure to honor the contract I signed for their ERA. I will cancel my membership and I would suggest others may reconsider their plans to obtain *** services.

      *** IS A JOKE! UNBELIEVABLE AND DISGUSTING! Not only have they failed on the business side but as and ex employee I'm obliged to EXPOSE their Disability Discrimination! Do NOT conduct business with these fraudulent advertising and blatant DISRESPECT for the very communities that MAKE THEM RICH SO THEY BELIEVE THEY HAVE POWER! YOU CANT TRAIN, or even Hire PROFESSIONALS to run their locations. **** **** and ******** ***** have literally broke a FEDERAL and STATE PROTECTED DISABILITY LAW. I will enjoy seeing one of these crooked Corporations that *** us and give poor service if any at all will FINALLY be held accountable for, firing, manipulating, lying, after disregarding and breaking my sons disability accomodations I was HIRED UPON! I NEVER believed I'd actually have to go through this but it explains their poor ratings and WHY disability stresses too you so hard about YOUR FEDERALLY PROTECTED RIGHTS. What a DISGRACE from such a well accomplished **********************! Good luck and thank you for showing your true characteristics! YOU ARE WHY WE HAVE LAWS in the first place AAA HOOSIER MOTOR CLUB and their HR that can't resource ANYTHING but terrible service and ethics!

      I waited 4 hours and 15 minutes for a call to respond. Unacceptable! I hired someone else to come change my tire because I still had a 3+ hour drive home.

      Right now I am not happy, having paid for my Gold membership in full, on 01/18/2023, I was told I should have my card in **** days. Upon checking on my card today 02/21/2023, I was told my card would be ordered, that it was never ordered to start with!Having been a long time member of AAA with previous service being outstanding, service so far with AAA Hoosier is not measuring up well when they can't even get your card ordered when payment was made, unacceptable!!!

Your new membership card was attached to the very first renewal notice sent on November 1st, you would have received it shortly after that. We are happy to order you another card, which was requested on Feb 21, and should arrive next week.In the meantime, your membership is active and you have full services available if you need to contact us.Thank you for being a Member with AAA and let us know if you need anything else.
