      Contacted the business on 6-27-2024 to inform them we needed to have a stud cut off from our car wheel on the driver side and was informed that they could do the job and had all the tools to do it with no problem. The fee was $95 for the services since it was in **********, **. They sent out a driver who told me the job could not be done because he did not have the correct tools for the job. He asked my son to come outside and look especially since the car was at his house. My son went outside, but the driver had left. I contacted him at ************ to see why he left and what happened. I received his apology for leaving but told me the company was going to send out another driver to do the job and if they did not call within 5 minutes which at this time was 11:18 pm to call. I did call and they explained they would not have a driver available until this morning. Again, this driver could not do anything and left. Called the company back again, and explained to them the job still has not been completed or fixed. Was told if I wanted the job done, it would cost an additional $150 for labor and parts. We needed no parts, then was quoted a price of an additional $90. At this point, we are angry and have no understanding for these charges, and they had no explanation as to why. We asked for a return over and over and over again just to be told they can only issue us $60 back. When asked why, they was all sorts of responses. Asked to speak with corporate, CEO or President was told we could not but no reason as to why. No services rendered, no answers to our complaint. They asked us to write dispatch at ********************* or ********************* and then they just simply hung up the phone. Still nothing resolved, no money refunded. The bottom line is the car is still in the same position as when we started and that being it has not been fixed and all we wanted was the nut cut so that we can simply take the wheel off the car and replace it with a donut.

      I just refunded you $60 of the balance paid. 

      Our policy states that if we cannot complete a service for whatever reason, we may charge partial or in full at our discretion.

      Sorry about your experience with our company but please understand we cannot "cut off lug nut studs"

      We came out to remove a stripped lug nut, once we arrived, we noticed the job was more than a stripped lug nut or that it was really really stuck.

      We know when we can and can't remove a lug nut, the technician made the decision, at that point we stop providing service.

      But we still have to charge you for coming out and trying.
